This is the perfect house for me 😊

A sweet little design, especially the 'circular flow' of chi around the fireplace wall/dining area. A very nice touch. Nice kitchen zone with lots of food prep counter space. Seems the entry way is too big and a waste of space. And how are you going to move anything big into that house, when you have to move around that cramped corner between entry and living room? It looks very tight. Also need some kind of horizontal surface for clothes folding. And push the entry space/bedroom wall out a bit and make a bigger front bedroom. Nobody sits in an entry way in this small sized home. Same goes for the back bedroom with the wasted space caused by the bathroom wall jutting into the bedroom. Why not make that space a walk-in closet and make everyone happy??? Overall though, this house layout has good bones with the flow from area to area, and makes it functional and human-friendly!

I love this design, I wish someone would make a subdivision full of homes like this or similar for those of us who don't need 4000 square feet. Where I live in Wisconsin all the new homes are big in size and price tag.

Every house I see on youtube is missing a decent-sized pantry and a walk in closet in the Master bedroom. Those are must haves.

I love the foyer, but it needs a closet in addition to the bench and hooks, and there's plenty of room to put it. I would add a back porch and foyer, and maybe a powder room. The laundry room is well placed. A fireplace is an inefficient heat source and often compromises the location of a TV. Seeing no exterior chimney, this fireplace is apparently artificial and could be deleted. With a few alterations, I like this plan.

I would change several things: The entrance has a small door. It should be wider. Not wide enough for a wheelchair f.e. In the living room, the couch cannot be placed in a way that people, while sitting there, cannot see the window. It seems that has been placed only for the fireplace and TV. The laundry room should be placed next to the kitchen or to a bathroom and not next to bedrooms as it may be in function during the night.

❤ the little house! Just a few changes 🙏Entrance hall, really a waste of space. Could be added to bedroom as walk in cupboards/dressing room and part dedicated space for a needed laundry basin... there's enough space. Main BR ... The space where cupboards are situated: big enough for a walk in cupboard or little dressing room with mirrored sliding doors. Also window next to dining table... glass sliding door which goes onto a little breakfast porch. Get rid of two seater table in the kitchen which will give a feel of space. A deeper varanda so that furniture don't stand outside. In a small house there's no space for cushions when it's raining or windy! Where to go with it? PLEASE 🙏can you design something with changes like that, and publish? LOVE the mock shutters ❤

There's tons of waste of space about the way it's laid out first of all that front porch extended out and use it as more living room and put bookshelves around it also extend the porch to the right and actually make it a porch that you can sit on in the kitchen you should make the entrance of the kitchen a small mudroom and move the refrigerator closer put the bathroom right next to the kitchen and moves the entranceway slightly to the right to the hall to give more space for both the bedrooms

Why is it none of you home designers ever put a large pantry in the kitchen? On the front, extend the roof to cover that patio area and do away with the railing separating it from the rest of the porch. Flow would be 100% better.

Also simplify the roof. Rip it off and start over! A nightmare to build and worse to maintain. Impossible to replace without removing the shed dormer completely.

I agree...fake fireplaces are a waste of space..islands with no storage also a waste..carpet with no place to store vacuum..a waste . If you lose power good luck with fake fireplace and no solar...no pantry to fill for bad weather...

No! Just NO! Needlessly complicated roof that wiuld be difficult to frame, nuts to sheathe, and insane to make wind and watertight. Two gable end dormers and a shed dormer that overlap the pitch if the actual roof? Are you for real? 0/10 for this one and have not even seen the floor plan. Stop at 1:18 and look at the various roof surfaces sort of come together. Great for a bird's nest but bad for everything else including esthetics. The interior is a lot better than the exterior. The entry is ideal. Add a door into the living room and it is perfect. The living room is really nice. Well suzed and laid out for cozy living. The kitchen/diner is not bad. Love the stone wrapped chimney. Very pretty. The eating area is good. The kitchen is okay, but easily fixed. Start by eliminating the breakfast bar. More cabinets under the work surface. On the fridge wall i would change the lot. Fridge at the dining room end of a bank of floor to ceiling cabinets. Pantry, pots and pans, all the detritus of a well equipped kitchen. Sink centred in that back wall under the window. Bring the penninsula out evev with the counter the sink is in. The interior is much better than the exterior. Inside is somple, elegant, and it flows. Simplify the roof and this becomes one of my favourites.
