This guy is years ahead in maturity of legend, donkey, and especially volound. Why doesn't this guy get more credit? Never heard of him until now.

A year later and I just started watching your historical game campaign and I would have to say this is one of the most well informed historical tutorial game campaigns I've ever watched. I want to thank you for putting kind efforts and time explaining the historical context behind our game that we don't normally get when playing ourselves. I ended up buying the game because of your post haha thanks for the great share!

I have been looking for this type of video ! About total three kingdoms accurate historical gameplay and even bonus storytelling from player himself . Love it

Pretty sure Mi Zhu has Resilience in TUP. Getting him to join is another thing however. It always bugged me that Lady Gan, Tao Ying, Tao Shang and sometime Zang Ba and Que Xuan joins you when you confederate despite none of them actually working for Liu Bei, but important characters like Mi Zhu, Mi Fang, Lady Mi and Sun Qian seems to never join.

First video i see of you and u already became my favorite total war youtuber. The fact that im learning while i watch u play is amazing.

I couldn't hit the Like button hard enough. So excited! I know you love challenges and doing crazy stuff, but honestly a Roleplaying Liu Bei with the final patch is Aaaaaaaawesome!

A really nice way to approach the game, I always stuck with Liu Bei when he "cooperate" with Liu Biao. It seems the next event never trigger so I have to re-load the saves prior to going that route.

A heads up TUP adds in no events, neither does WDG. So every new event is from MTU.

ST, i dunno if you realized, but Zhang Lu's armor is not bound to him. None of the new TUP items are bound to characters so if you want to keep the armor but get rid of Zhang Lu for historical reasosn, you can.

Hi ST, I am currently watching your Cao Cao tutorial campaign now, also learned a ton of tricks from it, and for that I say thank you very much. When will you make next tutorial campaign with the latest patch? Cause a lot things change since then, like invoke council etc. Perhaps, next year I suggest?

I mean I do running commentary over everything I do in a campaign so you can pretty much learn everything from every campaign. I also have been making a lot of mechanics guides recently so I don’t think I will be making a tutorial campaign again

I finally start watching this campaign...Shu my favourite faction since DW4. But tnx to Total War I even use Jiang Yong as bodyguard for Liu Bei in ambition mode plus "Ambush" skill quite good. I don't know why they give him there a horse cleaver. 🤨

There are a couple of Gold weapons in TUP that are so insanely busted OP, that you can pop them on a level 1 general and they can solo and entire army effortlessly. I hate it when modders do this

I have been asking for a historical option or setting in singleplayer. I dont understand how easy or difficult it would be to implement it, but it'd be nice to reach 220 and actually see the map divided more or less into the three kingdoms.

So FYI in case you want to play with these mods, the order in which they start makes a difference on if they have all the functionality. 1. Tup. 2. Tup English patch. 3. Make them unique. 4. WDG2 Season2.

Zhang Lu looks like Sima Liang

Careful with tup. They have some broken item sets. That makes them really broken like lady mi gains 100% income from family estates from her item set and a lot of satisfaction. Making her really good as a faction heir or prime minister

Zhang Fei's armour/weapon set bonus is not working for me although both pieces are equipped. It says I don't own the armour even though I am even wearing it. The mods generally seem to be activated since Liu Bei's set bonus is working normally. Does anybody else have a similar problem?

with zhang lu's skill religous zeal when he gains the 5% melee damage and 5% attack rate does he also lose 5% evasion or does his opponent lose 5% melee evasion instead of him?

It’s not that they quit but rather you are sparing so I think they will still run off but we will see in the future because I am not sure

Turn one is before everyone equips so if you want to see what all the AI faction started out with (randomized for each campaign much like your starting items), trade on turn 1

I would really like a studio to make a historical RPG (kinda like assassin's creed minus the modern day setting) set in China during the three kingdoms period. I feel like it's a very underused setting, especially for western audiences.

Or assassin creed can make one!! I think there is a high chance the next trilogy is going to Asia but I don’t want a three kingdoms setting. Something around Tang Song period or Ming Qing period would be better since it was more multicultural

There has been some reported issues with high end intel cpu and apparently it’s an issue with not updating to windows 11 but every situation is different so I don’t know if this applies to you

@@SeriousTrivia Maybe you'll be interested in a little idea in the futur: Since legendary/legendary is too easy even with some mods, one way to put a new challenge in the game for example if you play as Cao Cao an historical campaign you can start on the 190 or 194 and conquer Cao Cao's lands in the right order he conquered them historically with the right generals on the field, recrut only Wei's generals, form a coalition with Yuan Shao in the early game, put the historical's administrators in the right area etc. & try too build the 200 guandu situation in the good time. If you try it with WuK mod you start with Cao Hong Cao Chun Li Dian etc and some good lengendary characters appear in your pool like Chen Deng & others. Not easy but tried it many times and can be funny & challenging For now I'll will follow this new campaign with a lot of interest ! Thanks for content

MTU provides some for the characters that they added to the game but the rest would be from the TUP mod which adds a ton of items and artworks for generic characters throughout the game

true but they play super linear since you have no diplomacy basically so it is just fight fight fight and gets pretty old. Also you can't recruit other generals so the joy of collecting is also gone
