Beau’s struggle is real! I know where he’s coming from! Had a drunk driver hit me and damaged my spine! 7 1/2 hours of surgery later and 2 metal plates in my neck and 20 screws in my spine and I am able to get around again! Not able to work but with my boys help I am able to get out and hunt snd be out in the woods with them even if it’s not in the back country! Hunting is life for some people!

Beau is absolutely the epitome of inspiration! I too know where Beau and yourself are coming from. I have 5 fused vertebrae in my spine now and it's taken the outdoors from me for 8yrs now. This year, with God's will, I will be able to hunt with my son. Prayers for Beau, his family, yourself. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤞✌

The three of yall are inspirational. Beau hats off to you, not letting horrible stuff in your life take your fun away, and with the people you love. Hope you and your family well, if you’re ever in eastern Washington hunting, you’ll always have a helping hand, hunting is one of my biggest passions and I always have a backpack that can get filled up.

There is no one more inspiring in the outdoor industry than Beau. Man, you've had it tough, and you've been tougher every time, and not lost perspective, at all. Keep it up man, you're an inspiration to all of us.

Of all of the deer hunting videos out there, this is my favorite. Randy of all of your one liners, this is your best, “That was the hardest shot I ever made”. And the the look on your face. I've watched this video countless times already. And every time i find myself smiling from ear to ear for the entire thing. This is what the brotherhood of the back country is all about.

Beau seems like the nicest, most genuine person in the world. Had me tearing up.

Hey Randy and crew… this is one that I remember having seen last year shortly after the hunt took place. I wanted to just share my thoughts on this one… You painted an incredible picture and told the story about as beautifully as it could have been told. Beau is BACK. God bless Beau. Thank you for taking the time to show that you care about him more than the deer you killed. To have taken the three big bucks you all did, truly was the icing on the cake. Congratulations to everyone. Our health and our relationships are things that we should never take for granted. Thank you all for bringing that to our attention.

Thank heaven for all the guys that actually do the work so that the paid guys can get all the credit!

This was a hunt to think about, it was more than a hunt. It was about life's challenges and how we work thru them. Cancer 7 years ago and a seizure 3 weeks ago 72 years old but my 14-year-old son and I are planning our next elk hunt. The Lord God has been good to me. I'll be thinking about you Beau.

What an adventure. This video was more than great. Beau when you talked about your boy telling you, “you can do it”, it brought a tear to my eye. I’ll be praying for you and your family. Great job Randy and team, this was truly an inspiring video.

Me too !!! lost a best friend of mine to cancer 2 years ago and this hits deep for me . See you on the other side Josh !!

Went on my first deer hunts with my wife 3 years ago. We got skunked. Last 2 years we couldn't go because of wildfires. This year I said "I'm going to hunt, and I'm doing it right". So I made a few scouting trips, put up some cameras to help a little. Seen 1 buck on the cameras, and 1 in person on trip 1. I'm taking my cousin in a week and a half (his first deer hunt) and we're going to be out there opening morning of archery season. I don't care if I get skunked again, I'm happy I got to put in the effort, and I'm confident we'll see deer, even if we don't get a chance at anything to shoot. Thanks for the video, Randy and crew. These continue to inspire me to try, even when scheduling and life get in the way. If Beau can get out and hunt, there's no excuses for anyone else.

He is a true champion, hard worker trying to make a life for his little family. I love to see him and his llamas trudging through your beautiful wilderness and am always happy to see him progressing. Good Luck Beau, I hope you beat this horrible disease that takes so many good people, young and old, There are some progressive treatments happening right now, lets hope a cure is found soon. Randy, you are slowing down a bit Old Mate, joining the old farts club ...... I am almost past it at 75. also hahahaha. I only wish the Australian Government and politicians would promote our shooting sports and allow access to our wilderness areas as you have in the US. Good luck all.

Randy I have watched pretty much every video you have and this was by far the one that hits home the hardest for me. It is also by far my favorite. I lost my best friend last February (2021) with only 1 elk hunt under our belt. We had been saying someday since the early 90s but we let things get in the way - family, work, life the usual. Anyway in 2018 I drew the line and said that was our year. I am so darn glad we made that one hunt. I continue to elk hunt with his little brother, my sons, and now this year his son. I really appreciate your work and reminder next season isn’t promised. God bless you and especially Beau.
