As I watch your videos, the most wonderful part to me is… watching you flourish, joyful, free to learn, create and express yourself. Having a supportive husband, a safe space, stability… you are able to truly enjoy life. Of course there are difficult times but you have one another. I’m proud of you! I am also very proud of Kale! He understands how to love you in the most precious of ways. I apologize if all that sounds odd coming from someone you don’t know. I am struggling. I am alone, 43 and although I’m in recovery now, my life was destroyed by addiction. I’m barely making it. I work as a case manager and relief counselor in a treatment center. I fear I’ll never be able to start my soap business. I’m not trying to be a kill-joy. I’m just happy the two of you have one another. You’ve worked hard to get here. I just opened my bath and body business and it has hit me like a truck that I should be essentially six months ahead of myself for my stock. For e.g. it's July right now and I'm only a couple weeks into my business, and still making summer stuff, but by now I should I have summer and fall all done. Lesson learned!

Love everything. I was yelling at you “ name the soap golden lemons” lol. All the details came together so nicely. Jerika plant an AloeVera and you will love the difference. It’s the base for mine lotions and AloeVera soaps and even of course my own AloeVera gel. Happy Fourth of July!

I am a new starter and I want to start selling soaps I make, and the laboratory needs to make sure it is safe and healthy before I start selling them since I live in New York? Would it be possible to get an answer? Thank you!❤

I don't think soap in the US needs to be tested in a lab, not even in Europe, let alone the US. It is considered to be safe since the saponification process (extreme high pH) is harsh conditions for bacteria so they are considered to be killed. No soap maker I know of, whether in the US, Canada, Australia or Europe has to send their soap to a lab for safety testing. It could in principle be that you have to send your recipe and let a chemist see if the recipe is safe, this would probably be called that you need an assessment before selling your soap, but to be sure the best thing to do is to search for soap selling regulations New York? I know that regulations in the US changed a couple of yrs ago

Hello mam I want a advice from you I am going to make a diy lipbalm Ingredients are Beeswax coconut oil vitamin e capsule I want my lipbalm to be of red colour I have zero knowledge about what colour will be best suited I don't want to use preservative (As all the ingredients are oil there is no need too ) But I am confused which colour to use which doesnot require any preservative and is safe for lips and skin It will be very nice of you if u help me out 😊

Yeah for the soap, I wasn’t being too precise since I’m not selling it and was rushing a bit 😅. But I wil definitely get better labelling if I ever sell it.

Nice relaxing video. You made the anniversary very special. When Humble Bee & Me showed us this method for shampoo making, I was excited because it’s so much less messy. I love my shampoo bars but they take forever. Yours look nice!

Yes your original recipe is much more time consuming messy but much nicer for color hair. I try this method too several time but I prefer way more with btms. Specialy color hair.
