You never know the full story unless youre outt there. Maybe he paddled around that guy, maybe he back paddled back out, maybe the guy was a local and deserved priority, maybe they were friends and he owed him a wave, maybe he was beinng an ass and deserved to get burned, etc etc. But yes it is getting bad everywhere, nobody following etiquette. People need to play golf more

Unbelievable how people dont care , just drop in without looking. Been watching your channel for years and Was planning on going to Bali for a number of years now but surfing like this is no fun.
