Ya, the music was cheesy as hell. Made it seem.like th3se super mellow waves were somehow gnarly and life threatening. The younger generations aren't exactly up to snuff these days.

we surfed in the Mentawais in 2005, post earthquake and when we arrived Icelands was 25 feet - scray

You guys should all have been sitting 50 ft. Further up the lineup, you're just dropping down a steep face to a soft shoulder. Totally missed the whole barrel section
