How much of the ducks diet consist of fruits?

They should have free choice of duck pellets first and I only offer lettuce, peas, watermelon, cantaloupe, pumpkins, and zucchini.....their favorites.....as a treat, not as their main food source

@@grigorecsongor5041 that sounds very reasonable, but don't obsess over the amount. It doesn't need to be exact.....Just be sure they get the nutrition they need from the duck feed.

Ok. I give them twice a day, as much as they whant the best comercial food I find. They are Hoockbills and I use them in the garden so I need them to keep on cleaning the soil. They also have acces to a quite big whildlife pond. They freerange. But information is hard to find. Here people only get ducks for meat, and if one is ill, the vet just says to cull it. But you know, they are so rare and we love them so much....
