A friend from Italy showed me this recipe. The best dinner I've ever eaten!
Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen! Today I'm going to show you a very tasty and simple ribs recipe that everyone who tries it loves! Great pork ribs recipe! Preparation and ingredients:
1.5kg pork ribs.
Separate the unnecessary film from the ribs.
Cut pork ribs into 1 rib each.
Prepare the marinade:
100 g applesauce.
100g ketchup.
3 tablespoons brown sugar.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Mix well.

Coat the pork ribs well with the prepared marinade.
Cover the pork ribs with cling film and place them in a cool place for 30 minutes.
After the pork ribs are marinated, place them on a baking sheet.
Do not throw away the remaining marinade, it will still be useful to you!

Cover with foil.
Place in the oven at 220°C / 428°F for 60 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
Dice 1 carrot.

Pour vegetable oil into a pan.
Add onions and carrots to the pan.
Fry over low heat for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
Roughly chop 1 eggplant.
Chop 2 peppers.
Add the eggplant and peppers to the pan.
Sauté vegetables over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Roughly chop 1 zucchini.
Remove the pork ribs from the oven after 40 minutes.
Remove the foil.
Brush the pork ribs with the remaining sauce, reserving some of the sauce.
Place in the oven for another 10 minutes to allow the sauce to brown slightly.
Add the zucchini to the pan with the remaining vegetables.
Cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 10 minutes, remove the pork ribs from the oven and brush with the remaining sauce.
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes to form a light crust.
Press 3 cloves of garlic into the vegetables using a garlic press.
Add 50 ml soy sauce.
Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the cooked pork ribs from the oven.
Wow, what a taste! Impossible to resist!
Place the ribs on a plate.
Add the vegetables to the plate too.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
