1 teaspoon sugar. 8 g dry yeast.
200 ml warm milk. 200 ml warm water.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
40 ml olive oil.
Mix well.
Sift 650 g wheat flour.

Все не плохо. Вот только растительное масло надо вмешивать после смешивания всех ингредиентов, иначе масло собирает муку в маленькие комочки. И они так и остаются в тесте.
