Think about the absolute balls it takes to go on a mission you 100% think you're not coming back from and you have a wife, and kids and still go. These guys are the very rarest of breeds and I'm embarrassed, sitting on my couch right now, that the best thing I can say or do, is to say thank you and your fellow serviceman for your service to our country and for avenging nearly 3k innocent lives!!

Losing items, inability to finish projects, why I was the only one trying to finish my math problems while my schoolmates were at recess and the list goes on. I realized why I had all these workarounds and safeguards in place to cope with life. I got some good meds and they have helped a lot. I still struggle but at least I know why.

I've worked with SEALs, Rangers, BORSTAR, PJ's, and a few others - they are are all individuals, but I will say one thing that stands out about everyone one of them is their ability to clearly communicate VERY quickly. It's too much for a lot of people to deal with as it comes across as aggressive, but you can learn a lot from just listening to these guys talk.

The best interview that could ever be done on this story is to have both Rob O’Neill and Matt Bissonette being interviewed together in the same room and to tell the story together. That’d be epic.
