We must Never forget those who gave all. No matter how long it has been or which war. What this father said is an undeniable truth -- you never move on. The rest of the world moves on, but not the family members. Everyday it is a part of you. The best you can do is celebrate the life of this amazing person, share the memories, & know that this special person lives on in your heart. I love to hear all veterans stories and their love for America.I was one of them.I did not see combat in my six years in The U.S.AirForce as a Security Police member,but i had some cousins see combat and one killed in The Battle Of The Bulge.
