The last line really hit me. I’m realising that my ability to forgive myself & others, to love deeply and to be vulnerable depends on my ability to live in the present moment. It takes a lot of courage to be present without the assurance that everything will be okay or that things won’t transpire as they did in the past. At the end of the day we never know for sure how things will turn out and that can be a scary thought to sit with. So looking back at moments where I was present enough to be myself I realise how brave I have been. Reminds me of the Winnie The Pooh quote about how we are braver than we believe (or can ever imagine) & stronger than we seem. It’s hard to see how incredible you are in the present (literally can’t haha), so I guess this is a reminder to anyone that reads this that you are 🤍

Your channel is the reason I still believe that I’ll be able to achieve all my goals. I have properly known you for just two weeks but it feels like forever haha and I’m not even kidding I watched all your videos, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them in like 3 days. You’ve literally changed my entire perspective and I cannot thank you enough for that. I am going to start learning a new language, meet new people and get out of my comfort zone. I love how you’re always down to overcome your fears and try new things. You’ve given me a reason to love my life more. I am gonna convince my parents to let me travel more at all costs. Your channel gives me hope that one day I’ll get there and all this struggle will be worth it. Thank you so much, you’re awesome and I know that I’ll always watch your videos no matter what. I’m so grateful for you.

"worrying/stressing about something is like sitting on a rocking chair, it keeps you busy but gets you nowhere" I stumbeld upon this quote and it changed the way I think. every time I worried about something i switched it off by realizing how pointless that is. Vai. E, se der medo, vai com medo mesmo. (Portuguese )- Go, and if you're scared, Go really scared. This quote helps me be courageous and jump into things even if it scares me. And the end result is that i come out of that situation braver.

David Whyte reads his poems and speaks on the topics in a Waking Up app. It's always pleasure to listen to him and Sam Harris speaking on various topics. About life, ethics, philosophy, meditation. It's a meditation app, by the way. And I'm convinced it's the best ever existed! Sam Harris, a philosopher is a great guy! Very smart and caring for the world. So it's meditation and learning about life together. Can't recommend enough!

This is the type of things that are important to be taught in order to live the life with as much clarity as possible. Understanding what deserves our mental energy is essential to consistently lead a contented life every day. Maybe we cannot be happy in the moment but at least we could feel ‘enough’

Nathaniel, you've got hair on your head ! Those all consuming worries will begin to make it fall out again, if you are consumed by them !! You've changed something inside and that has manifested on the outside. Well Done. Enjoy each day, as if it was your last, don't fret over the past or want for the future. Just live each day, with integrity and humility and everything else will fall into place. I promise .. Greetings from Montreal.

Dear Nathaniel. I am astounded by your ability to provide such warmth, comfort and intimacy to your audience through your videos. Every word that comes out of your mouth is so well spoken and never have I felt more inspired to live my life to the fullest than I am right now. I get this bubbly feeling in my chest when I think about what the future might hold for me which I have never felt before. Your voice, quotes, stories and anecdotes have shown me my life in a whole other perspective in which I have never looked at it before. I hope I will be able to replace all the ‘never’s’ with a bunch of ‘always’ some day. Thank you. You are truly a gift to my world.
