    3 things helped me 1. Routine: I get up at the same time everyday even on the weekends. And I personally like getting up pretty early so I don't have to rush in the mornings to get to school. 2. Working out: I like to workout or do some type of exercise everyday for at least 30 min. It has been very relaxing. Workouts don't have to be hard-core for 2 hours, it can be something as simple as stretching or going for a run. 3. For all of the Christians, reading a few chapters in the Bible every morning and every night. I've done this for a month and have seen such a difference in my anxiety. I feel more at peace and my relationship with God has strengthened I hope this helps

I didn't really think about doing them to cure my anxiety, I was just trying to have a better life and over time these are the four things that became the most important parts of my daily routine. Really helped me grow a lot. Another thing I suggest to y'all is to keep a journal to just write down literally any thought that's keeping your mind busy that day.

    The writing helps. Focuses the diaspora into something concrete, more concrete than your loose headspace where ideas or words semi form and don't persist, because spoken or thought sentences don't typically retain their permanence the same way physically written, or typed words do.

    Good point! Thanks for sharing. Writing down the i.e. 'constant thoughts' whenever I could get them, have helped me release huge amounts of 'accumulated energy' which was bothering, and have make feel my body lighter and much easier to move and run... It was effecting both motion, breathing and ability to experience feelings but also to think wider and brighter... Breathing better, moving better, sitting, or relaxing better, etc. The accumulated energies seems are key to activity, success, and joy when they are released... When not, they lead to passivity and pull energy from around the psyche...

    @@bbdn5123 Yes I can tell a little right now, and maybe more later. Accumulated energy can be any (emotional) energy which is accumulated in the body because it was never released or expressed. More closely if we look at 'accumulated stress' then we talk about accumulated energies related to stress, or even accumulation of cortisol. These energies can remain accumulated in years until they get released. And of course they can effect the way one feel and the way one works... The Release may make one feel as a newborn. Myself I succeed to release them a bit everytime I succeed to write and express what I think and feel. Accumulation Stress is usually related to previous threatening situations or events one may have been exposed to. This is a really deep and interesting subject which I tried to groundly understand it myself and even been writing down my opinions on it at home, but still I want to do more about it. The thing is that researchers say they don't understand why humans cope more difficult to threats from dangerous situations than animals do. An animal have release of stress after the danger is gone, but humans weird enough don't always get release of stress when the danger is gone. They instead often accumulate it. This is where I was thinking to find the answers and have come with some theory. Despite what the researchers say, I believe because our society is more complicated than animals' societies, many times the threat is actually still there, even if the "danger" is gone. Usually 'confrontation' on a constructive way with the subject, is the most powerful way to release the accumulation of all the energies which block ones senses; but the accumulated stress needs to remove the 'threat' or even only becoming conscious (aware) about it, may help release the accumulated stress. By the way, do you have any friends you can talk to about what's bothering?

    Structure is the most important thing you can do for ANY mental or neurodevelopment disorder. Changes in routine are more stressful than the average person realizes and are of particular discomfort for anyone suffering from those issues. The gist of it is to remove any aberrant stimuli so you/they can focus on the “important” events that happen in your/their day to day living.

    I have to disagree with some details of that statement, and while it may seem petty or overly technical, I simply disagree that “structure”, at least as far as that meaning a “structured daily schedule” is the “most important” way to overcome one’s problems. Many people in fact seem to “go off the rails” because they are driven up the wall by the monotony of the rigid schedule. For many people the structure of their schedule is their main problem. The objective truth is that alignment with the construct of logic and its rules, which we have the word “coherence” to describe, is the single most important general rule for all people, especially those who seem so certain they don’t have a mental disorder and are supposedly “sane”… I see far too many people who are not devoted to formal reasoning with logic that claim to have knowledge, certainty and sanity when they have almost none of any of those things truly. The average person is insane and deep in illusion from what I observe. Full sanity only can possibly come from full coherence and no one is there yet, at least not 24/7 and in a completely stable fashion. Even the most sane people I know have massive gaps of understanding and too many opinions to be said to be fully coherent. Too much false certainty and not enough formal logical reasoning, by the average person, by those with obvious problems (like the homeless) and those in charge of nations… If nations and leaders like Putin, Biden, China, Syria, Korea and even Italy or Trump all did a little less opining and a little more objective and formal logical reasoning before making moves, then we would allegorically be let back into Gan Eden and would quite literally have, or at least be much closer to, an earthly and very real paradise. They might even see that all their names are ABCDE/12345 patterns like the word “logic” and demonstrate logical order itself when broken down into its ABCDE pattern. They would see there is no “might” and they have no “names” without ABCDE (proper logical order). They they only are a conduit for the power (12345) of logic, even when “they make” a nuke and threaten other aspects of the one logos (field of consciousness/subject of logical reasoning aka all minds that are one at the macros level as the concept of “mind”, like there is one math and one logic/god) with them. Follow logic. It is and is the source of all proper structure anyway. “Structure”, and I do know you didn’t mean it this way, and I do understand your point and mine are very similar, could be an illogical structure potentially, especially if one does not specify what kind of structure and does not pay this simple idea it’s due respect. A particle wave (yhwh/ABCB/data) is also a simple idea, and one that can capsize your whole ship if it’s a wave in the ocean that you cross, and/or that crosses your ship ( in the wrong way. Just like as a musician I’ve gotten into discussions where people will make the false statement that “anything works” and it’s a lie, even if the person saying it is just trying to be chill and thinks they’re giving honest advice. “Anything” is anything and could be anything including a bunch of options that are illogical and do not “work” the way you’d hope. Logical things work, and logical and properly structured (there’s your word and it’s why I’m not arguing so much with you basic “intended” premise, simply giving some the “most important” designation without mentioning logic at all) art is inarguably the greatest and most perfect art. An even amount of “anything” in music leads you to white noise (even amount of all frequencies) and is music to no one, but objectively noise….yet it still has “a structure” (true randomness, like the chaos/uncertainty logic aka god logically divided reality out of) and is a part of “anything”… I hope you see my point without considering it too petty. If you understand what I mean as well as I did understand your intent in your comment, then you’ll understand I have no enemy besides the false certainty and uncertainty that should not be a part of any stable reality, being so prevalent, and introduced by so many careless human minds, into our society. We shall not make gods unto ourselves (have illogical opinions, or even exalt our own logical opinions over logic itself) without suffering consequences.

  • @logicalconceptofficial

    @logicalconceptofficial

    @@deered1149 just be logical and spread love and reason. Study logic like it’s the most important thing in the world (because it is) and devote yourself to it, and proper reasoning in all your thinking, even what may seem inconsequential. That is any minds true daily “schedule” and our purpose (besides simply being a family for other minds and particularly the primary logos, aka root consciousness, who knows being alone too much sucks, especially if you “have it all”) if you were to see things objectively. You ALWAYS have time to be sane, to elevate your current level sanity (probably not “maxed out” 24/7…that takes a lot of focus and energy usually) with more formal reasoning and more true knowledge, bring reason to the world…In fact you quite literally never have room for anything else, or anything that gives you any illusions in your schedule… Proper reasoning can fix all the problems that poor thinking (or a total lack of reason/reasoning) has caused. We must meet uncertainty with logic and a lack of reason with proper and formal logical reasoning. It sounds tougher than it is and can be done by any aspect of logos (any mind). In fact I think those who trust their minds less, like Elon Musk, are actually better at “walking with God” and sticking to proper and formal logical reasoning, precisely because he knows not to trust his own view but to follow logic instead.

    @@logicalconceptofficial You are considering it from a “normal” person’s perspective. I am Manic, one of my sisters has Minimal Brain Damage due to Chemo while my mom was pregnant with her, my oldest daughter has ADHD & PTSD, her Mom is Bi-polar and her Son has severe ADHD with possible Autism Spectrum to boot, and that is just my family. I have lived and worked with, as well as met and befriended, many people that suffer from Bi-Polar, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, Sexual & Physical Abuse, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Neglect. Giving them “structure” and “routine” helps them to focus on the things that really matter. A normal person does not experience the mind-numbing effect that walking into a cluttered/messy room causes. They do not suffer anxiety when things happen at different times or places than usually happens. Deviation from the “norm” does not cause a chemical/mental breakdown, as it does in people that suffer neurological/developmental, Behavioral and/or Mental issues. Monotony is my biggest killer. In fact, I have only held 1 job in the last 4 decades longer than 3 years, it’s literally the main reason I became an Independent Contractor. But because that lifestyle is so tumultuous and chaotic, any Structure and Routine I can/could implement is important to my continued advancement and keeping frustration in check. Usually I only suffer when I deviate from my routines and practices because virtually everything else is by the seat-of-my-pants. But Bills gotta get paid, food and clothes are always a necessity, and having a car to get around in is nice, too. So I “Adult” when I must and just bob along like a cork in the wind for everything else.

    @KZread Account I haven't been on any diet. But for a long time, I wasn't able to eat properly, I could only barely swallow rice without gagging. Many doctors have told me I might have anxiety and ED. But i wasn't officially diagnosed by a psychiatrist. I'm currently going through physical examinations to figure out what's wrong but most likely it's not carbs ( I don't eat a lot in general).

    just deleted my social media apps, i have been struggling with anxiety since January 2023 and it has been very hard. thankfully I am slowly starting to see progress and this is what has been helping me: 1. Accept the anxious feelings, it’s way easier said than done and it takes lots of practice and patience. be kind to yourself. just try to examine the feelings that come up 2. write down the racing thoughts and try to affirm the fears or emotions but also talk to yourself like you’re trying to help a dear friend. 3. don’t eat too late and don’t eat too much 4. exercise in anyway you can. i like to life weights and run to help me fall asleep easier (anxiety comes at night very often) 5. have a support system, people who understand what you’re experiencing and are okay with you setting some boundaries that make you feel safe 6. some sort of daily routine, clean your space, have a wind-down routine at night 7. most importantly, God. I don’t know how I made it through this year, I had so many horrible thoughts but I knew it was anxiety not me. i understand not everyone is religious or spiritual but this was one of the key things for me. i know how you feel, and i’m rooting for you

    Glad you bring up social media. I’m thinking about limiting my phone use all together. But honestly my phone and video games distract me from just the thoughts of boredom which trigger my depression and anxiety attacks more. And I do feel like social media and Tiktok make my anxiety worse in the long run. I hope your anxiety gets cured. Mine has gotten bad and I think about the times when life was normal and I didn’t feel this way. But I will stay strong. Family is always there to support and motivate us. 😢 And I just turned Christian but it has been helping me listening to gospel music.

  • @chrisbrownlov1

    Biologically stomach cramps after eating in the morning isn't normal. Some underlying issue must be going on. But you can't afford to eat because issues will interfere with work? Well as annoying as it'll sound, what will you prioritize more, your health or your job? I know nothing about you, but you said enough that reminded me of what I had. I've had a decent amount of health issues, one of the more recent was gut issues, eventually got diagnosed with Crohn's. I couldn't eat in the morning because I'd have "issues" and it interfered with work, but I had the issues regardless of the time of day. Fast forward, i HAD to look for different work. I did get a break though (COVID lockdown) I would suck up all my health problems so I could keep working, on one other occasion I almost died, condition progressed to fatal within hours.. I was the type to brush off or ignore my symptoms. I'm aware my case is a little more on the "extreme" end but the lesson is still there. Dont ignore your health, mental/physical. Prioritize it, especially over work. Easier said than done especially because of the high stress, fast pace environment were in and everybody wants a quick fix. But sometimes those quick fixes can lead to more trouble down the road. Conventional medicine didnt warn me about that
