Yup, I remember that carlito model was kept in svr 2011 because carlito left the company in bad terms back in late 2010 but since yukes never deleted his model,they just use his svr 10 model

Juventud was removed from Svr 07. He was with Phicosis and super crazy but got fired some time after he lost the Crusierweight title to Kid Kash.

the only thing from SVR07 I know of is, Jeff hardy couldn’t make it because he rejoined wwe too late into 2006 to make the cut for the game.

My girls Lita (cut from SVR) & Victoria (cut from SVR2006-2008) were hurt pieces for me. According to SmackTalks, it seems like Victoria did have a slot in SVR2006 in an early build. I believe that Candice Michelle was cut from SVR2010 because she’s mentioned in Mickie James’ RTWM story.

SvR 2006 would've been the goat with longer down times and not that stupid fast momentum gain from ariel attacks.

Well done on hitting the 1000 milestone. When I was 12 I was so excited for SVR the first one, I woke up at 5 on the morning to play it. I haven’t had that feeling about a game since.

I wonder why Hogan wanted his Mr. America persona cut from SvR06, it just seems like a really odd request, especially when most of the time superstars don't even care about videogames. I do wish the Dudleyz were in SvR06.

The funny thing is there was 3 versions of hulk hogan in SvR06 Current Hogan Hollywood Hulk Hogan And the legend 80’s Hogan

Could've been a personal thing but if i'm remembering right they got in trouble with Marvel due to the outfit being too similar to Captain America.

Christ Masters was actually in SvR 2011. They put him in as DLC later on.

The first SVR was a huge step forward (still remember the days of playing it online). But the roster was a huge disappointment. No Goldberg, Kevin Nash, Brock Lesnar, and a bunch of others.

This was a super sick video, I'd love to see a similar video for the wwe 2k games if possible

The Dudleys being removed hurt because they were barely gone from WWE

funny enough, brock lesnar appeared in wrestle kingdom 1 (PS2 version), which came out just a month after SVR 2006

I remember being extremely disappointed by Smackdown vs Raw when I first got it, Lita not being in the game was one of the reasons, lol.

SvR06 7/10. You cannot perform aerial finishers like the frog splash without your opponent getting up. It's very annoying....

The only one i remember of the Dudelys that was in this game was Spike Dudely.

Victoria was one of the top divas she could have easily replaced on of the divas in the three games 06,07 and 08 One thing I noticed about the smack down vs raw series was divas were limited to 7 per game expect SvR which only has 6, Smackdown SYM and HCTP also had 7 divas minimum 8 if you include Stephanie McMahon I think the diva slots were limited until SvR09 they started increasing the diva roster

I never understood the hype around the first smackdown vs raw game. I didnt like it at all. Here Comes the Pain was awesome then SDVSRaw just went downhill. I remember when it first came out I was extremely disappointed there was no Stone Cold, there was no tag titles, no winning motions, it was bare bones. But the next one SDVSRAW 06 was awesome and 07 was even better.

Right! Smackdown vs. RAW was a pretty rough game. I couldn't believe they didn't have title defenses in the exhibition mode. The game was meh at best SVR 2006-07 was awesome.

Hey man great vid, a yter “yumboy11” has has footage of some of the stuff u mentioned such as the hctp commentary being in svr or the prototype of svr 06 containing maven and Luther reigns. He also has a prototype for svr 07 has well. Go to his channel he has great stuff for wrestling fans like u and me😄

Smackdown SyM is my favorite wrestling game of all time, but Smackdown vs Raw 06 is a close second. If only 06 had Lesnar.
