I'm a little jealous of Ryoshi. It would almost be worth living in a post-apocalyptic hellhole to be able to pay off that much debt that fast except that I would probably be eaten by something before I had a chance. I'm glad he didn't go off on an anti-slaver crusade like Nak did, though. I'd like to see what else can be done in this game by someone with patience.

Episode 1 has got me hooked on playing Kenshi myself. Enjoying how you tell the stories in these episodes!

Don't forget you can splint wounds.

To be fair, the pack Garu/Pack Bull paid for like 35K or so of the 50K I believe, without that I would still be in debt for another few episodes, which was the original plan! Don't mind though, gets us into the story/training a bit quicker!

Is the end goal to beat the bad guy, or are there further goals? I'm guessing you are setting up a new settlement. How long has this run been to get to this point? I've tried playing, but it takes a long time and I get destroyed before I make any progress. You've got the start of a team after only 40 (KZread) minutes.

End goal is build up a small base that can sustain all our colonists, and produce some form of item to bring in cats - likely alcohol, defeat those who have caused the family’s downfall, and to somehow make a name for Ryoshi and build upon his character - whether through bounty hunting, world travel, becoming a master in a particular skill etc, just something that would be seen as character building. Recording time is about 3.5 hours between the two episodes. I have had a very very smooth run so far and have somehow managed to get to shark without any bandits attacking me! Never had that smooth a run through the swamp!!! Trick really is to travel with other groups like mercenaries and friendlies that can protect you if shtf, in hindsight when I have travelled I have always been close to one of these groups when travelling, so that might explain my luck :)

I did, but he is arguably the best ranged character you can recruit at this point, so I thought I should recruit him as well. Same goes with Miu really. The squad will be much smaller this time round - probably 12 max when we have a settlement set up - 6 at base, 6 exploring, so will be much closer knit than previously :)
