One day with Elite Boxing's head coach during Covid-19 in Thailand. While 90% of the gyms are currently shut down, Trainer Gae is back in Thailand to help one of his old friends from Sasiprapa Gym to train Thai fighters and stay in shape. In times like this, its good to be back at the roots and reflect on thai traditions and while Elite Boxing is planning its expansion with a new gym abroad, Trainer Gae is able to spend some time with his old friends and brothers.

such a beautiful video trainer gae honestly looks like he genuinely cares about his fighters and brothers
You can see that the power of this man comes not from his techniques but his *heart* - he trains, he cooks & he cares with a big heart. That is why he goes hard on his students. A good teacher never lies to a student because it takes just one falsehood to end his or her fight career or worse... ... his or her life. Gae is a good man.

@@itsmeseventy7480 No. You need to be yourself - the best version of yourself. Look at Master Gae. He's been through some rough rides too but look at what he's doing with his life: passing on his knowledge before his time is up. That makes him a true warrior!

I think I trained in this gym (1 day trial) and actually met him... Damn I remember the first thing he told me to go and do stand-balance practice on a car tyre for an hour ! I was sweating my arse off doing that shit. Then comes with a kicking session. Dayum he made me workout a lot. Really love this guy :) ขอบคุณครับ อ.เก้

This is spending the day at one typical day with a mood tide trainer fighter so this will be good what it's like to be a Muay Thai fighter trainer so this guy's job is to train multi fighters that's what he's doing so he's the guy that's in charge of the whole arena the whole ballpark this guy's the brains behind the entire program so this guy is he designs nutrition and Pacific training programs to create fighters in Thailand so this ought to be real interesting what this guy has to go through

Hes based in Sasiprapa Gym in Thailand But occassionally travels throughout various gyms in the world to give seminars. He has an fb page too and you can get more information from there. He is a tough, disciplined, fierce trainer. Gotta love him. Also, if you ever get a chance to be trained by him grab that opportunity. Its a luck and an honour. 😊
It should be great fun if Uncle Roger will make a video reacting to Trainer Gae's Pad Kla Pao and Tom Yum Koong.

Not much, i'm Thai and i can say that, a thing that would cost you most is the plane ticket, everything else is cheap here, including a training camp
