The use of everything you’re doing (IF bad stuff happens) this allows us to keep our sanity and create to calm our anxiety…it’s mental health!

I think because there is so much going on in the world such as climate change and wars, we must enjoy the little things and be creative. I saw Black Panther too a few weeks ago and it was so beautiful how they pictured the grief process and they were truly respectful to the death of Chadwick. Life is a balance of good and bad, the one cannot exist without the other. Take care ♥

Hi Ara! Look forward to your videos and enjoyed this one very much! I love to watch you journal and especially paint. I would like to learn how to watercolor and watching you inspires me. I too am concerned about climate change; I can see it in how things are changing where I live. Weather events are getting more extreme and more violent and damaging. But I think as individuals the best things that we can do to try are to use our resources wisely, recycle everything possible, and make our voices heard with our leaders that things have to change. But it’s hard sometimes not to be scared.

The warm winter picture was so beautiful I wish I could be that good with my drawings🥹. I ll keep trying😉. Inspired by you I started journaling few months ago. I keep 2 journals, one 6 ring binder to record my dreams, I get many strange dreams so I record them like short stories.😂 Another one (mellow days journal) is for memorable moments from my life. I also get creative ideas from you to decorate journal & my home. I am always eagerly waiting for your videos they are so soothing, aesthetic, informative & fun to watch. Keep smiling always. 아라님, 썸네일에 나오는 옷은 마치 동화속 주인공 같은 느낌이예요 ^^ 오늘 겨울 그림 너무 예뻐요. 아라님의 그림은 아라님처럼 따뜻한 거 같아요. 나중에 저도 하나 그려주시면 안 될까요? 😊 우리에게 방앗간인 문구점을 그냥 빈손으로 나오는 일은 넘나 어려운일..😂 요즘 만년필이랑 잉크를 사면서 필사를 해야겠다는 생각이 들었어요. 노트를 하나 정해서 좋아하는 글들을 모아보면 참 뿌듯할 거 같다는 생각이 드네요. 만년필 보관함 너무 좋아보입니다. 저는 부피를 많이 차지하지 않는 보관백을 하나 사서 보관중이에요. 날씨가 정말 춥지 않아 저도 걱정입니다. 주말 즐겁게 보내시길 💙
