That 1st one was a Barred Trevally, they look like they taste good because they are. They feed on more crustaceans than other Trevally. Blue Fin Trevally is an "Omilu" in Hawaii. Nice! They are one of the most beautiful Trevally along side the "Kagami" or Threadfin Trevally, which is why lots of big aquariums host these.

That striped trevally you said looks tasty is ABSOLUTELY tasty. I'd venture to say it's the best-eating trevally out there. Steamed on the beach in a foil pan basking in a bell pepper-black bean-Corona sauce... tender and juicy perfection.

That's a Bluefin Trevally. Called 'Omelu in Hawaii. They are actually pound for pound stronger fighters than GT's. Unfortunately they rarely get above 20lbs or whatever that is in kilos. That was my favorite fish to catch growing in Hawaii, even the small ones were fun to catch.

That first one was a Barred Trevally. They do taste good compared to other Trevallys because they like to feed on mostly crabs and shrimp whereas other Trevally feed mostly on reef fish. The others were white Trevally which are juvenile GTs.
