Do you ever find it hard to stay motivated after shooting/editing for work to shoot/edit youtube vids?

For sure. I put a lot more time and effort into work content (which is okay with me because I love what I do for work). What has helped me stay motivated is letting KZread be a fun and creative outlet, rather than forcing myself to always make highly edited videos.
