Better call Saul is a masterpiece, period.
Love the psychology behind some of these tips, especially the 30 degree rule and using drastically different angles to build more drama or suspense while a simple 30 deg. feels like a shift to the next thought while maintaining the same tone.

Brother… not only was this video informative. It was so clever on how you role played the info and displayed what you were gonna share by showing us how many yet not fully revealing it. Job well done my man!
Also like how you made the two shots of you as the director and you as the student make us feel like the director is dominant and the student is a subordinate ;)

I also use a ‘side-on’ to establish a conversation scene and as a variation perspective to break up the monotony of over-the-shoulder-shots. Do you think is a neutral way to use this perspective? Or is it too disengaged in your opinion?
This video is so brilliantly put together, keeps you engaged the whole time, and wanting more by the end. Well done Mr. Holland

I find your videos both fun/entertaining and educational at the same time. Very nicely done. I am learning a lot from you.
Very interesting video. Very cool to know that I was already doing a lot of these tips you mentioned without even realizing it. I've been doing videography for only a month or 2 and knowing that I've been doing some of these without even realizing has me really excited to see how I progress a year from now! Thank you for the great informative video!

Well done Sam! Not only did I learn a lot but I was entertained as well. You are a much bigger filmmaker than your Sub's would suggest, but that's going to come. I can't wait to see your channel grow!
Very good information. Most people are so concerned about the camera equipment rather than the techniques of film making
The information is helpful and the way you present the knowledge is fun and unusual. I like it. Thank you!
This is my favorite part of filmmaking. I feel like sometimes i get stucked in the technicals such as cam specs and what not and forget about the art form

Awesome video again mate. Love the tips, deffo loved the Dutch angle one, could see the differences really clear with what you showed. POV one was great aswell, I guess not using a gamble would be great for say a pov horror film setting if that makes sense. More natural body movement etc. Bonus tip is spot on! Sorry you kept getting smacked by Spielberg. Not a nice way to treat your employees 😆

Love the videos! Quick thumbnail idea/tip? The arrow lools like you are moving forward. If you put another line and a half quater circle thingy to resemble the angle sign. Then people might not think it's movement. Unless obviously it was your intention xD Love your content so watched anyways :D
