Would you say you work all of those hours 9-5? I see many engineers who can do their work in 3 or 4 hours

I usually take a 30-45 min lunch break. But yeah I do work those hours. I’m also still new and slow though so one day I hope to get my work done in 3-4 hours! Also with meetings and 1-1s it takes time away from coding time

Did your insomonia go away or gotten better? How many hours of sleep do you get?

I used to see a sleep specialist and I did a study for sleep apnea, which I was negative for
