Oh my god how much I miss this time. It was such an intense and beautiful experience want to do it again and again. Now I am teaching in Germany in Bremen and thus The fire keeps burning. Guys if you are ready for touching and supporting other peoples life and make it richer go for it ❤

How much time does it take to do hatha yoga daily.

I had no idea that so much of hard work, dedication and efforts goes into the training. Hats off for all Hatha Yoga Teachers. It's is because of them we people staying in different part of the globe can learn, experience and enjoy yoga in it's true nature. Thank you Sadhguru, Isha and all the Hatha Yoga Teachers who have taken up this responsibility of making yoga reach to every needy and aspiring individual. May everyone become a yogi in her/his own way to make this world a better place. Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🥲🙏
