In today's vlog I share my morning routine; I journal, I use homemade rice water, I recommend the best electric toothbrush I use that minimizes dental plaque 100%, and I prepare a refreshing matcha kombucha recipe; lunch is some delicious baked potatoes and sweet potatoes with guacamole and cheese while I watch a k-drama; I go to a mindfulness class with my aunt, we walk along the beach and we discover a Mexican restaurant that we already want to visit again and finally a you can enjoy the behind the scenes 🎬 .
