I have always found little girl kitties are the hardest to get trust from, but once you get it than the sweetness and trust comes flowing out.

It depends. At my house it was 3 cats, 2 female and 1 male. The male loved the other animals but really preferred my bro and to his last days was scared of my bf, while the females both loved my bf when he visited. And at my bf's house his female cat (raised by human hands) loves my bf more than anything and is my buddy, while her cat bio father is extremely skittish and only will go near my bf's one sister, or me when I've managed to pet him and calm him down.

How wonderful that the gaurdians were willing to help Samsoon. Not all countries treat animals with compassion. Her constant pain kept her from fully trusting people. Now she can understand no harm will come to her. Thank you all for being an enlightened society.

This is one of my favorite channels they are truly caring of the animals. They put a lot of effort into making quality wholesome content. With the best translations. Some truly heartbreaking stories that have everyone in tears. Such stories make me have hope for humanity yet! 😺🐈😊

Such a kind & loving couple toward all their furbabes & we're so happy that Samsoon is recovering well after her leg amputation & is also responding very well to the loving touches of her guardians who care deeply about her. 💗💗💗

At the vet after surgery, Samsoon looks very different - her eyes are clear! She had such pain on her face. 😺 I'm happy for the guardians.

my sister fosters dogs and has one similar to this cat. been fostering for around a year, maybe year and a half and the poor dog still wont really let her pick up or pet. she isnt giving up though and has very, very slowly and gradually earned more trust to where the pup will come sit next to her, so long as she doesnt try to pet. one of these days though!

theres a possibility she couldve ran from a bad owner who did this to her, which explained the trust issues with humans. but maybe it was just an animal or incident with a vehicle

Possible, sure. But I'd wager it was likely just due to her being feral. She got along just fine with other cats, but humans are entirely different. Even without a bad experience, feral cats tend to avoid humans.

Aww poor baby! I wonder what happened to her leg. It's got to still be hurting her because that's why she's hiding. They should have waited until she went in that wooden box where she hides at the beginning of the video, they should have just put something over that hole so she couldn't get out and then took her to the vet. They could have drilled holes in the top so she would have light, then they could have just put the whole box in the car. It most definitely would have stressed her out but sometimes you have to do what you have to do to get an animal help. They probably just didn't even think about that. The only reason I've been thinking about things like that is because I need to take my cat that I've had for a year, to the vet. She used to belong to the neighbor and when I took her in, I didn't know that. She just showed up, I had never seen her before, she started staying all the time and so I started feeding her and eventually she became an inside cat but still goes out to use the bathroom and sometimes she'll sunbathe on the porch. I know she's not going to go in a crate or Carrier because she's been an outside cat her whole life and they really just fed her. They didn't really give her tons of attention so I don't even know where to begin. I can try lowering her with some food or something I guess but her mouth needs to be looked at. I don't even have the money for a vet but I found a piece of her tooth in the food bowl and there have been a little bit of blood coming out with her drool. It's not a ton of blood but enough to notice. She's still Grooms herself very well, still eating and drinking and playing so I think she's okay and the blood has even stopped for about a week now but I'm afraid it might turn into an abscess or something. Obviously her tooth has crumbled apart because she is an older cat which I actually would not have guessed that until neighbors told me. She's only been in a car probably once in her whole life and that was when they found her and then took her home. I believe I rescued her because a black cat showed up across the street and she didn't like the cat and they started feeding that cat also and she decided that she was not having it and she started staying here and she did not go back. I thought that was a pretty crazy story but that's what happened. She's so happy here and gets to be inside and she gets so much love and she didn't have any of that before. I think she was really just getting fed and maybe some pets occasionally because she was definitely willing to let us pet her right away.

Great story! Sometimes street animals trust people. A year and a half ago, a street cat started coming to me. I have other cats, they were still kittens then and were afraid of him. And he terrorized them. I did not interfere, I decided that they would sort it out among themselves. One of my cats was hitted by a car this summer and had a broken back leg. An operation was performed at the veterinary clinic. And then something happened between us until his bones came apart. He began to give me a paw to bandage, although he did not do this at first. He began to love me more. And even when there were tires on his paw, he began to behave aggressively with my other cats. And after recovery, he chased my second cat out of the house and chased away that red street cat with him. 🐱

I think that wooden box was real wood and would have been very hard to manage carrying downstairs it looked like it was homemade of quality wood with two cat shaped holes to get in and out of, just by looking at it , it was at 3ft long. I think they had tried to catch her but she was already traumatized.

Watch Flatbush cats on how to do drop traps or the Kitten Lady she excellent tips. The best way I have heard is when you know when the appt at the vet will be hold back for about 24 hours so you know kitty will be hungry put a soft blanket in the carrier and cover the carrier but open the food by carrier even add some sardines place in the carrier cat should go right in. A drop trap is a little different but the concept is the same. With the trap you set up and place food underneath of it for a few days to get kitty used to eating underneath it. The rest is the same hold back food. The carrier process is something I prefer because they are smaller.

I must say that God be fair this time. The cat got injured by just wandering around on the street, but then he was caught by this lovely couple randomly just like that. I also love how the couple treat their pets. They have wide place, lots of "rooms" for the pets and the pets get along well with each other. Even if they are definitely cat lovers by their choice of decoration, they seem like not to clingy to the animals (not a bad thing tho), but it seem more natural, especially for the cat which used to be on the street.

It's South Korea. I think making such a series would be a lot harder, if not impossible in North Korea, since they are much more closed off to the outside world.

The rescue stories are heartwarming, the effort these people go through to help these animals in peril is incredible. I've binge watched almost all of them now, highly recommended. (And in the process became a big fan of (South) Koreans, at least the ones appearing in the videos are so empathic towards these lovely creatures, I think it would be a great society to live in.)
