The land owner says the wounded dog has been there for 2 months. Yet he never called for help. He didn't call the Humane Society, the local SPCA, NOBODY!!! He just allowed the suffering to continue until this Kritter Klub channel found out about the dog.

@@420GratefulHippie Not all calls will result in a rescue. Just like not all countries have the Humane Society or an animal protection organization. Also, according to Wikipedia: "Humane Society International (HSI) claims to address issues such as inhumane practices and conditions affecting companion and farm animals, illegal trade in wildlife, threats to endangered species, slaughter of marine mammals, the use of animals in research and testing, the suffering of animals for the fur trade." I don't think an abandoned pet falls under one of these categories, so maybe you should get your facts straight before calling the police. Kritter Klub is from SBS Animal Farm. They get many cases from tip offs or calls from locals around South Korea. Someone else in the neighbourhood probably called for help, even if it wasn't the land owner who tried to help the dog himself many times. 3:13 - 3:20. Your negative assumption of the land owner is what's disturbing here and needs to get checked.

guiltygreen That's bullshit! S. Korea has an SPCA and there is a local Humane Society. Yeah sure the landowner tried to help the dog several times, but he has 2 good eyes in his head and can see just like you and I can that this dog needed IMMEDIATE HELP!!! I've been to China and S.E. Asia several times and other westerners can attest to this as well, that there is this pervasive "not my problem" attitude among many, not all, but many Asians. I don't think my attitude needs to be put in check at all. It's you that needs to open your eyes to the obvious. There is a standard in Western law called the "Reasonable Person" standard. Would a "Reasonable Person" having observed a person or animal severely wounded, a grave situation, requiring the reporting of such to local authorities? You don't have to be a Westerner to see the gravity of this animal's suffering to know that if you don't get it immediate help the suffering can worsen. Take this exact senario and place it here in the U.S. You're a land owner in Any State, USA and you notice a severely wounded dog on your property. You approach it and it's extremely fearful of you and scurries under a shipping container you have on your property. You leave it some food and water. Over the course of several months you occasionally try to approach the animal but it always hides under the storage container but in that course of time you never notified anyone with the ability to help this animal of it's long observed suffering, but you continue to leave it food and water. Finally the ASPCA gets a tip from a passerby about this animal. The ASPCA makes an welfare check at the property and can see the wounded dog through a locked gate but cannot get to the dog to rescue it. They come back the next day with a warrant and a police officer to forcibly enter the property to rescue the animal, but on that very day, you, the property owner is at the property. The ASPCA and the police serve you the warrant allowing them to enter the property and secure the animal. Since you are there the ASPCA and the police question you about this animal and you admit to them that you've known about it's suffering condition for several months. The next thing you know is that the cop is placing you in handcuffs and taking you to jail for animal cruelty and neglect. In court you tell the judge, "He's not my dog, he's a stray that just appeared one day in that condition serveral months ago." Then the judge says that since you let the dog stay on your property and you regularly fed it that you became the dog's legal owner and had a responsibility for the dog's well being which includes seeking veterinary care for it due to it's clearly observable need for it. The judge will use the "Reasonable Person" standard in finding your ultimate guilt.

It’s amazing how you guys always take care of these animals, we need a lot more people like you guys

"After being abandoned by human,Haengbok got hurt by a human again." -This lines really break my heart,because no one know that you're owner that you've trust the most is the reason why you are in a serious situation.sad but true.

Please please please do a follow up on this dog. I want to see what happens to her. I don't care how much 'financial difficulty' I was in I would never abandon my dog or cat.

What a lovely, kind lady she is. The rescuers were amazing, & worked so hard to save the dog, And, the doctor was so professional, immediately knowing the dog still had some feeling in its back leg area. May the dog get healthy again, recover and have a great life with mum. 💜

Не только бьют изверги а еще и травят суку.в деревне отравили таблеткой что бы не бегали кобели..Я приехал в отпуск в провинцию.Говорю:"Если вы приучили или взяли животное то должны за ней ухаживать,стерилизовать а не ликвидировать.От этого будет страдать ваша семья и здоровье.Жизнь бумеранг..Что выпускаеш то и получишь..Будьте добры к нашим братьям меньшим.Они беззащитны..Помогайте им кормите..Добро в тысячу раз вернется вам..Только ради того как видяет хвостом собачка.Но доверять она уже не сможет как и прежде человеку..Если так били на поражение..Нн все люди им враги больше любящих зверей и птиц..

It's a good story but the ending is always failing when you don't know whether the pup received the surgery and was able to use its leg as a normal one

Really glad the nice lady decided to adopt that poor little dog. May they be happy together.

Eu queria ele pra mim. Adotei 4 da ruas. Umas ganhou 6 bebês. Os animais tem mas amor q muitos seres humanos. Tenho 7 gatos. Amo animais. 😍😍😍😍

I hope that the dog struggling with paralysis can learn to trust again. It will take a long time because she has been hurt, betrayed, abandoned and disappointed by people who were supposed to care. I don't blame her for feeling the way she is feeling. Her heart has been wounded emotionally in addition to being physically wounded. Give her time. Her only way of coping is to fend for herself amid isolation. She needs therapy physically and emotionally. Josie
