    One way to stop the burning of skin from peppers is to soak your hands in milk or put yogurt on your hands.

    Love your videos!! It is no longer required to sterilize jars just wash with hot soapy water. Also boiling lids can lessen their sealing ability.

    If one doesn’t enjoy the amount of water that turns out it can be strained and the liquid that is strained be used in a Bloody Mary. Super cool way to have your cake and eat it too. 😊

    IF you leave the cloves in their skin and roast they will be sweet and will pop right out of the skins
