This season we've put even more emphasis on the proper takeoff (angle) and our "heel to butt" landing technique. This FRESHMAN is proof that our progressions are working! By no means was everything perfect here, but this jump was as close to perfect for an inexperienced jumper as possible. I am VERY proud of her and her teammates for their hard work and progress thus far this season!
