I had the opportunity to closely follow the baking process that begins at midnight at R Baker in Osaka Castle Park.
It is actually a very popular bakery in my hometown (Hirakata City) with a wide variety of attractive breads.
As soon as the store opened, people came one after another to enjoy freshly baked bread in the nature of the park, and I also enjoyed bread in the park.
