The bottom of it is the jahbs... I know it's painful and scary to face, but it's blatantly obvious at this point. Big Pharrrma lies and lies, at the expense of your health, and for profit. Until you face this obvious fact, you will keep wondering and wondering, Oh what could these seizzures, facial paralasies, sudden canncers and deths be from??? Hmmmmm... Snap out of it guys, the time is now. Stockholllm syndrohme and deth, or facing your feaars and doing the right things, you decide. Put 2 and 2 together, this is a clever-thinking chess channel after all. Good luck, try pine neeedle tea and star annise

I'm a veteran with PTSD and I do in-home healthcare. I'm not going to comment on most of the conditions you mentioned because I'm sure that people with more education than I have are reaching out to you. Please note, I am NOT a doctor. On the subject of anxieties however, I have a lot of experience dealing with both my own and the anxieties of people I was assisting. Here are a few things that have worked for me in dealing with night-time anxieties. 1. Get a dog and reward him with a treat and affection whenever you find him by your bed when you wake up. This will train him to come to your bed when you're waking up. An adorable labrador (or breed of your preference) loving on you when you wake up with anxieties can do a lot to calm you down. This also serves as a distraction away from whatever thoughts are upsetting you. 2. There is a lot to be said for the effectiveness of deep breathing exercises when dealing with anxieties, especially at night. You can wake up in a state of hyper-ventilation without even realizing it. Controlling your breathing, taking slow deep breaths, can have an immediate calming effect. Focusing on your breathing also works to get your mind off of upsetting thoughts. 3. Don't get down on yourself over your upsetting thoughts. Everyone has them to one degree or another. Accept them as a part of you and dismiss them in favor of your chosen distraction that is intended to take your mind off of them to lessen your anxieties. 4. Unless your anxieities arise from the fear of physical attack (an intruder) try not to turn on any lights when you wake up in the middle of the night. It can make it harder to go back to sleep. 5. The thoughts you wake up with may come from a dream, even if you don't remember it. Unless you have some kind of chemical imbalance in your brain (unlikely but only your doctor can tell you for sure) it is those thoughts that are causing the anxieties. Anything that dstracts your mind away from those thoughts will help you, at least in the short term.

I hope you get an avalanche of support. Getting our health back is the hardest thing we can do in this life... It's tricky, it's onerous, easy to give up, easy to screw up, and sometimes it feels like the commitment to yourself is stealing precious time from others. It's not true. Good people need tou healthy and happy. We know we can't do it all ourselves. I've learned I can't even do most of it myself. The only thing that really works is offloading the hard parts and decision making. Someone else has to choose my medications. Someone else has to control my diet. Someone else has to get me off the couch to the gym/physical therapy. I fully believe you'll get this kicked soon enough :)

I had a blood clot behind my knee about 15 years ago. There were 3 factors that lead to it. I had broken the leg earlier in my life so I had some vascular damage to the leg. I had a desk job so I spent a lot of time sitting. I was and still am an avid cyclist. I used to do very long events where I would get severely dehydrated by the end of the event because I didn’t drink enough. So that’s what I would look into besides the possible connection with Covid: 1. Vascular damage in your leg 2. Being chronically dehydrated 3. Extended periods of sitting either because of a desk job or lots of traveling: sitting in a plane or in a car. I hope you find out the cause of your blood clot and I wish you a speedy recovery. I very much enjoy your chess problem channel.

He did for as long as it was necessary. Look at it from his perspective. If you're going to pause everything in your life for some blood clot, that would just ruin you mentally. Imagine doing nothing all day other than pondering about how life sucks. The person suffering from it knows best when and what to upload. There are financial reasons too. Not everyone can afford taking a break, sadly.

5:32 i don’t think this is a loss for white because you have rh8+and then after either King g1 or g2 because if king g3 then rh1 stops the pawn. Follow up with rg8 check and the only move black has unless he wants to do a repetition is king f1 to which we then have rf8+ and if king e1, rh8 preps a skewer on the 1st rank with threat of mate so king g1 would be played and correct me if I’m wrong It’s a draw because there is just a repetition of checks and black can’t stop it unless he wants to give up the pawn and lose the game.

So keep up the aerobic exercise, cycle, row, jog (on grass or through woods not pavements) or do your circuit training and be fine.
