How do you know with all these array of frequency videos when to use headphones and when it doesnt matter?? Can you listen say while doing your dishes or journaling and hit pause and come back to it? Or in order to have a positive effect from it listen while to whole thing which basically means sleeping? How do i gain knowledge of what waves i need to listen to? How long b4 you notice any positive outcome generally? I realize everyone is built differently and depends on how open you are to Allowing.. allowing..it in! Correct? Please answer in its entirety...i would oh SO GREATLY APPRECIATE your willingness to help me as well as millions who need it too. Thank you

I ask nothing for myself, but I do ask the Universe to please look after all other life forms on this beautiful planet and to ease their suffering in the hard times to come. Allow them to find peace and shelter during chaos, love and beauty among the hatred and ugliness, and compassion and empathy among the uncaring. Allow them to find hope even in the darkest of times.

I committed suicide 2 weeks ago. Drank a bottle of tequila and took 130 anxiey rx pills. I was kept alive divinely. I was in the hospital for 10 days. Home now and have hope. For the first time during meditation listening to this Frequency literally this is my first time listening to this frequency I saw a flash of the brightest white light I've ever seen. It surprised me & then the light went away. My room was completly dark as it was early am, I could feel the energy from the white light over my face & still can as I type this. I know this was my Pineal Gland starting to open, I saw this just above my eye's (3rd eye) & my eyes were closed .. I feel a sense of calmness after this, such a wonderful experience. I will try this daily now.

I also saw the bright lights. I was listening to a different podcast but same frequency. I started to cry as I felt God was right there. It left me with a feeling I’ve never felt before. I feel a closer connection to God. What a wonderful feeling… love and blessings to you all.
