I have been depressed for over 20 years. I am in a state of near loss of self-control, approaching a mental state. I have not taken medication, but have had the opportunity to listen to this meditation music unconsciously. I was extremely surprised that with only 45 minutes, which made me almost take out all the pain that I suffered, and then purified it with the bells. Extremely grateful to the author of this video, this music helps me a lot. Really effective.

I'm so glad it helped. I will be PRAYING over you and PLZ look into AFFIRMATIONS they help so much also look into how to raise your vibration. It yruly helps as I have bipolar and manic episodes or did. I am unmedicated as this last over a year and as an empath I pick up lots of ppls energy so that makes it harder. AFFIRMATIONS and raising my vibration help GREATLY! I'm retraining my brain. I pray for much happiness for you. Best of luck and look into theta state as that's when is best to say AFFIRMATIONS but any time is and good to write them down on paper n U can put under your pillow and our subconscious mind sees them while we sleep. Bless you.
