Yes, you can buy this kind of oven and have it ship to Australia. But indeed there is no other brand tha compares with the double door system, flue connector and superior insulation.

They are calcium silicate boards 2" thick.

It is the metal base to support the oven once it is assembled and finished.

can gypsum be put instead of calSi board?tnx.

Gypsum does not have the right insulation characteristics and would not work as well as Calcium Silicate.
