This podcast is a favorite part of my week. Thanks!
Thank you for everything you give us with such a big heart and soul. Happy carving for everyone and enjoy the show!
I love the quirky ladies. I am into quirk !!! In fact you are both quirky LOL. When I see Coffee and Carving in my queue I save it for the next morning at 6 am when I get up so I can sit and enjoy it with my morning coffee. I have to tell you that this program is my FAVORITE thing on KZread. Doug, I am the one who told you on LINKER that it didn't matter what you did, bushcraft or carving it was your personality that shone through and gave your channel such appeal. I will add that in all 90+ videos here that you are on Doug, you are laughing and smiling almost all the time. I am reading that to mean that you are at home in the bush but that carving, and the banter with very talented Alec gives you great joy. Keep it up guys !!!!!!
You’re welcome, keep it coming. Also Doug I don’t think you can say you’re a beginner anymore. Those carvings a stellar. Alec throw out the “wheel of death”!
Oh my word you guys are doing such great podcasts, fun, informative, entertaining, interesting. Thank you. I know the saws you were talking about. Yes I’m old😂
I had to look! The hobby horse craze seems to be in Europe. (Finland), not America. But, thanks for pointing it out. Cheers.
Another great episode my friends! I look forward to these each week!
23:01 Doug carvers don't get to old. Hopefully you both understand how amazing you both are for helping the community of carvers. Looking forward to seeing the deer . Thanks to you both for returning
The competition they all prancing around in onesies 😂on there horse sticks lol 😂
One of the things I really appreciate about both of you is that I can watch without cringing because of profanity. Thank you.
Radial Arm Saw A good carpenter is always missing a finger😂
I’ve had a bandsaw available to me since about age 8. I’m turning 50 this yr. As a kid my Dad had zero issues with letting me use it unsupervised. The early ‘80s were a bit different though… lol. But somehow I still have all my digits. 😅 That girl with the toothy smile looks a lot like Taylor Swift. Great piece!
Alex as a good Southern I drink MT Dew and smoke cigars. You guys are great together.
Jig saws are pretty safe for kids as long as they aren’t used in laps
Overalls have no sleeves with an X on the back. Coveralls have sleeves and zip up the front.
Feel like I’m hanging out with a couple of my brothers.
look it up the band saw cuts more fingers OFF then any other saw be safe
Senior can't have one-piece😊 suits because they go to the bathroom too often and farting to often. Canadian folks broken their hockey sticks and glue carving of horse head and dancing in the streets
Shop Smith
Fantastic, I’m tired of bearded man carving!

But he never said he was quitting the podcast. The title of the pod was a tease…if you watch it, he never says he was leaving. Kinda weird to have an issue with that.
