Doing a lift like this will only lead to alignment and steering problems. To do it right includes drop pivot arm brackets, drop radius arm brackets and a drop pitman arm.

Those are easier to install if you jack the front up and take both tire off at the same time. Use 2 jack stands to hold the truck and a jack to raise and lower your axle😉 good video though

you need a spring compressor, and the spring needs to be turned,..... use a spring compressor to take it off, and then remove spring compressor , put spring compressor back on so the spring is compressed evenly, then put the spring back in, the exact same position you removed it...............

adjustable camber bushings are what you need to fix camber on a twin i beam

Did this leveling kit raise the front up higher than the back or is it pretty level?

How many inches off the ground is the front and rear tire?

Did u have to get alignment?

does this make it possible to drop the oil pan without lifting up engine and trans now?

I would say whatever is in your budget. But i would recommend the springs. Also remember you need camber bushings, wish I new that before I made the install.

@@tacosnwheels1619 actually the kit u need isn't a leveling kit. You need the 2.5" lift kit for 2wd F-150s from 80-96. The have the IFS so u need the taller coil springs and shocks as well as the radius arm and I beam drop brackets so your truck doesn't start experiencing the death wobble. Rough country makes the actual kit you need.

If you have not done the leveling yet, buy some Moog CC844 (NOT "S") springs and you can avoid that odd spacer. Then follow up with "eccentric" camber adjusters. Brings it right to level. Just did it on my sons 93 2WD XLT supercab.

Yes, my truck is a 1994 2wd. I’m sure the 93 is the same!

@@chrisrodriguez7422 only way is to mount the i-beam in a difference place. I just took the level off. Went back to stock. It’s not worth it. There’s a video on KZread of a guy changing the mounting location on his to add the level. Too much trouble for me.

Perry Smith after installing the lift I added some 305/70r16 on a 16x10 wheels. If you haven’t already you can check out that video. It’s the one after this one. We also had to cut the front bumper a little to make them fit.
