funny thing is that Spokane had a 911 outage recently, and both backups failed for like 40 minutes

@MegaPenguin911 When an emergency in the house happens you don't have time to discover that 911 is down. If someone is having a heart attack or a fire has started people need to know ahead of time of an alternative way to reach emergency services. So it is an emergency. Especially if it lasts more than a few hours
