My first month I netted $200 after fees, taxes, shipping, and sourcing cost. Half way through month two and I'm on track to double. Hardest part his sourcing items with bigger margins. Thanks for inspiration.

Nice vid and good words. 2023 was the 1st year I made enough to have to pay taxes on the reselling, asked my tax guy about the home office. He said that was kind of a red flag, so we didn't do that one. Your vids always help me and provide lots of great inspiration!

Amazon requires patience. It can be a bit frustrating. So much to learn, but if you have that patience it can work.

I have had a publishing business for 20 years. The way Amazon has monopolized the book business in combination with their corporate ruthlessness has made me turn to reselling. You do business with Amazon at your own peril.

I've been with them for 5 years and it has been pretty good. I understand that most GIANT CORPS like Amazon ruin many business etc.

I have a book question for you. I have several anime books that I recently picked up. Would it be better to list them under books or collectible comics anime?

Books. Otherwise you will have to pay higher shipping. It won't let you ship media in the anime section. Just make sure you fill out the item specifics with the title etc. It will get picked up by EBAY

Long term vision is to match what my pension will be in 8 years

I do amazon but do not do fulfillment. I ruined my business with amazon fulfillment and got lots of broken beat up nasty items back when I sent them mint beautiful items to their warehouses. We got back umbrellas broken in two and figurines all busted up with nasty boxes back. So since then I only ship my own items . I basically got robbed. I still sell there but would not recommend doing fulfillment.

Hi, our cpa claims 30% of our home, as we work from home... you won't be able to claim 100% if you home, it's a quick way to get audited by the tax man! Check with a tax accountant...k Have a great week 👍 😊😊😊! Joe Bee
