    I like that during this series we saw what parts of your daily life influenced when/how you train. It makes it more relatable to other people who aren't professional athletes and have to train after work and still chase performance

    For sure, it's sometimes hard juggling daily life and I like to keep things as up front and realistic as possible. Most of us are just bros along our training journeys including me.

    Super hyped to see the cut and competition, already close to peak strength is pretty crazy given such a short time and with only creatine(?) keep it up

    Yeah the biggest factor so far was letting my bodyweight increase. Really adds a lot of strength, I think having been there before also really helps

    Looking strong. Any reason you went so heavy on deadlift 5 days out? Just part of the plan or something you prefer to do. Mind you it looked pretty fast so

    This was 6 days out and normally you wouldn't but this was around 20kg less than I think I could max so I should be able to recover ok. Especially as sumo isn't too taxing. If I was a conventional lifter I definitely wouldn't do that!
