I like that during this series we saw what parts of your daily life influenced when/how you train. It makes it more relatable to other people who aren't professional athletes and have to train after work and still chase performance

For sure, it's sometimes hard juggling daily life and I like to keep things as up front and realistic as possible. Most of us are just bros along our training journeys including me.
Would like to see kitchen build!

It's a pain in the ass to be honest, so much work haha! Could make a little vid on it though
You've just made a quarter tonne squat look like a breeze... Awesome stuff.

Thanks, definitely didn't feel like that but can't complain, its been good progress!
As a college student going into big 4 accounting busy season after this semester, this series gave me hope I can still be active in sports while working. Appreciate the content!

Following this journey feels liek we've been there with you. Best of luck. A kitchen timelapse would be quite cool

Yep I was a little fat at the start. That's what 2 weeks of Disney world did to me 👍
Super hyped to see the cut and competition, already close to peak strength is pretty crazy given such a short time and with only creatine(?) keep it up

Yeah the biggest factor so far was letting my bodyweight increase. Really adds a lot of strength, I think having been there before also really helps
I can't wait for Sunday mate, I am so proud of you. Honored to have been your best man!

@@HadynWiseman Oh nah I meant in a good way, it's a bodybuilding term "freaky" = good
Looking strong. Any reason you went so heavy on deadlift 5 days out? Just part of the plan or something you prefer to do. Mind you it looked pretty fast so
@HadynWiseman
8 ай бұрын
This was 6 days out and normally you wouldn't but this was around 20kg less than I think I could max so I should be able to recover ok. Especially as sumo isn't too taxing. If I was a conventional lifter I definitely wouldn't do that!
@charlesmulliner

@@HadynWisemanmakes sense, it definitely didn't look very taxing. Very fast pull especially considering all the labour the day before. Hoping you pull something cool in comp
