My son had been having problems with a sore shoulder after many of his games/practices. We were using a heating pad and a massage gun but the relief was only temporary. I sent him this video and, with some cajoling, he started doing the exercises about two months ago. Since then, almost no soreness anymore. Only after very intense practices and even then it's not as bad as it had been. Thank you!

Díky moc za skvely navod na posileni remenou. Zijeme v WA, US a vychovavam jednu toho casu dvanáctiletou volejbalistku, kterou nedávno začalo bolet dominantní rameno. Tohle spolu s korekci zakulacených zad a ramen určitě pomuze. 👍 ** Thanks so much for this great shoulder strengthening guide. We live in WA, US and I am raising a currently twelve year old volleyball player, who recently started complaining of pain in her dominant shoulder. This along with posture correction will surely help! 👍

I know this exercise as YTW´s and its a great one for shoulder health. The best think i know you can do for shoulderhealth longteam is doing twice as more pull exercises as push exersices, preparing your shoulderblades and back to work against the force forward. Facepulls/Pull Ups are also very important.

I started playing volleyball again after 5 years of inactivity. Very frustrating to experience the same sharp pain in the front of my shoulder after every hit. I stumbled upon this video looking for exercises to do, but have a couple of questions. 1. Are these (and your video with bands) recommended for rehabilitation as well, or mostly prevention 2. When doing these exercises I really feel it in my lower back, is this normal or is it my body compensating for lack of shoulder strength?
