It's funny after episode 1 and the start of the cloke wars the one big weakness of the sroids was so annoying they reprogramed them to be able to think just incase the core was distoryed

It always fucks me up when I remember that Matthew Wood also the battle droids in addition to Grievous. They're such polar opposites in voice and personality that it's weird to think about. Also I want this wholeheartedly.

The B1 voice actor must have been having a field day with the voice acting in this game.

The voice actor for the B1 is Matthew Wood, who has also been General Grevious ever since Revenge of the Sith. So yes, everytime General Grevious bashed a B1 in Star Wars: The Clones Wars, it was appropriate to tell Matthew to ‘stop hitting himself’.

Honestly, I'd love to have a B1 as a central character in a Star Wars movie or series, or perhaps a trio of them. Get some Three Stooges bits going.

Sometimes they say “hello” when you force pull them towards you, and when you force push them away they go “goodbye” I managed to do it to one lonesome droid on a ledge on the moon level and it really cracked me up

That "hello" when you grabbed that one B1 droid sounds so hilarious. Absolutely no fear in his voice.

Battledroids in Star Wars and Grunts in Halo. The cute lil ones on the frontline that you just wanna adopt as a pet instead of dismember sometimes...

At 8:22 if you force pull one of the b1 droids right before the beam goes off, it’ll say “You saved me!”

Here is an interesting fact: The Bedlam raider at 0:14 is voiced by Robin Atkin Downes, the same person who voices certain raiders in Fallout 4, some bandits in skyrim and the Medic class from TF2.

I'm always happy to see the Battledroids again. I really wish there were stories focused on them.

@@John-Stark What's interesting is that the B2s and BXs have a different type of personality quirk than the B1s, that mainly being very competitive and seeking to prove themselves to be better than whoever or whatever they're talking to. A B1 won't be willing to go into a dance-off, but a B2 or BX definitely will if it means proving they're better than whoever challenged them to it.

You missed a part where you can look at the scenery that the third droid was looking at

The way Fallen Order and Survivor humanizes its enemies have made me feel bad for killing them

For some reason, the B1 chatter reminds me of the grunts from Halo...

I'm always reminded the B1's weren't even designed for war; they're Security Units, meant as bodyguards, which is one (of the many) reasons they struggle with complex orders.

You can hear them talk alot in their debut Season 1 Episode 5, "Rookies." They're capable of disguising their vocabulators into just about anyone's voice.

I think it's interesting that the B1's don't seem to crave violence, but rather entertainment. Does 6:40 imply b1's feel guilt? He doesn't say "like a droid" he specifies like a commando droid. That kind of implies that other droids such as himself are capable of guilt.
