This push up workout hits the chest and shoulder with just seven movements.
There are alternate version of the exercises in case any of the movements are too challenging at the moment. If you have to pause at some point that's okay, just keep going when you can or drop to the alternate version.
Keep coming back until it’s not difficult and show the workout who’s boss.
