हेल्लो सर मैं बिहार पुलिस में कांस्टेबल के पोस्ट पर हूं और 66th bpsc mains के रिजल्ट का wait कर रही हूं। भले हीं बिहार पुलिस महिलाओं की भागीदारी के मामले में बिहार no.1 पर है पर यहां भी ड्यूटीज के दौरान महिलाओं के लिए प्रॉपर वेवस्था नहीं है । जैसे समय का निर्धारण, जातिवाद के आधार पर ड्यूटी का बंटवारा ,और क्षेत्रवाद के आधार पर भी भेदभाव देखने को मिलता है। इलेक्शन के समय में तो साफ बाथरूम जैसे बेसिक जरूरतों का भी ख्याल नहीं रखा जाता है। कभी कोई सीनियर male स्टाफ को यदि उनकी गलतियों के बारे में बोला जाए तो उनका 1st लाइन यही होता है कि-"नीतीश कुमार ने पुलिस में 35 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देकर इन लड़कियों को सर पर चढ़ा दिया है।" और बहुत बार हमें उनके इस बात का मुंहतोड़ जवाब देने का मन करता है पर ऐसा नहीं कर पाते हैं। और अगर करते है तो किसी बहाने से सस्पेंड या फिर सीनियर को रिपोर्ट कर दिया जाता है। मै उन बीएसएफ के जवानों के दर्द को समझ सकती हूं। किसी भी विभाग में स्टाफ की परेशानियों को सुनने वाला एक पारदर्शी टेबल होना चाहिए। Thanks sir🙏

They care dogs for security, there is nothing like attachment. Instead they should adopt orphan or can do charity to old age home, women care center, orphanage. There are lots of options for meaningful attachments.

Tolerance is always perceived in terms of religious domain only. Discrimination on grounds of class, region, language, dress within a religious domination itself shows intolerant society. Culturally different people but having same economic status mingle well than culturally similar people. More than religious tolerance, we need economical tolerance, then we will be able to listen to pain of deprived ones, poverty seems to bigger problem to me and for the nation, to develop in a inclusive society, bar of impoverished must be raised up.

Tolerance should not always be linked with religion only. Power is generally misused.. when a society is patriarchal Man gets power to dominate.. they feel themselves superior… can you tell me is it not conditioning of boy since childhood that you are superior because you are born with that gender in a patriarchal society!! Is there any merit here to justify that dominance… such imbalance of mindset will make his actions in direction of suppressing the other gender without any genuine reason… I respect your opinion but I disagree on justifying patriarchal society as a correct set up
