This is not a minister's statement, it is statement of Congress culture. The same statement made by Samajwadi party ex chief Mulayam singh yadav - " Ladko se galti ho jaya krti h " Actually opposition is suffering from poverty of morality and ethical values. This is one of the reason public has buried them brutally.
