फिलहाल भारत और ऐसे देशों को कम जनसंख्या वृद्धि की जरूरत है। और अभी भी जनसंख्या अलग अलग समाज में भिन्न है जो कि अच्छा नहीं है। हर प्रकार के समाज में लगभग बराबर जनसंख्या वृद्धि हो तो अच्छा है। फिर रिप्लेसमेंट रेट पर भी जनसंख्या रहे तो भी 140 करोड़ बहुत ज्यादा जनसंख्या है जिसके लिए प्रयाप्त लिविंग स्टैंडर्ड बनाना चैलेंज है। इतनी बड़ी जनसंख्या के लिए प्रयाप्त संसाधन नहीं है। इसलिए फिलहाल जनसंख्या नियंत्रण अच्छा है।

We ourselves cut off from nature completely. When we see the number of sparrows is diminishing, we lose the impact because of non involvement with the natural entities besides humans. We are continuously watching the decline of living beings like trees, animals, butterflies, many small insects (like the one that lights in the night) and on the other side only non living entities are expanding like money, power, big house, self dependence, so called empowerment etc.. Also the religious beliefs that nudge us to produce our baby so that we can get salvation ( mukti) is getting less charming to our generation. People have left the nuclear families & come near individuality, so left the sweetness of togetherness. Also we are moving away from agriculture to blue collar or white collar jobs. Agriculture requires numbers & the number requires reproduction. The hype that has been created that the actual treasure exists outside the realm of agriculture, so we have seen the mass shifting of population from rural to so called urban (migration). It takes a huge amount of time to imbibe any idea & to adopt it in life. Now people have consumed the idea that individuality is the new norm & togetherness is a cliche past. We cannot change the new flow though the society itself understands it. Some examples why it is irreversible: the age of marriage has been postponed with the same beliefs that pre marriage sex is taboo. Society was not evolved to accept the change but the new norms took place without the evolution. Currently people don't know where, the decisions they are taking, can place us? Even this is the first generation who are facing the changes, so no one is here to guide us. We are in hit and trial mode. The technology adds fuel to fire by letting people realise that if you don't want to see the moon looking over the sky, don't be tense I have captured the image for you! Just scroll the screen, you pity creature! We are secluded & we don't have any idea. We think this is individuality. We think we are improving our capabilities. We want to prove PLATO wrong that HUMANS ARE SOCIAL ANIMALS. As religious thoughts are fading, religion itself is downfalling, social lives are creeping, environmental touches receding, chirping of birds are cacophony, rainfalls are trouble creating, rivers/mountains are non enchanting (only useful for snapping a photo), flowing of gentle air not soothing but disturbing our hair styles etc. We have cut off ourselves from ourselves. It is a Herculean task to restore the right idea in the non restful minds of our generations. But if our government can promote agriculture, tourism, cottage industries, then it may be effective to reduce the migration & let people realise the togetherness culture.

Indian need to focus on skills of people,so that employment rate will increase .And government need to make different different programmes and should aware citizens of these future issues.which can be possible India is on the way of becoming a developed nation but due to lack of skills and all these factors employment rate still not increasing like other developed nations. Because for our country India first government need to focus on development, welfare, employment.So,that atleast when people will satisfy their hunger than they can indulge in other different activities.
