In Episode 20.....I finish up the electric in the living room and start the long process of getting all the window openings ready for new windows. The current windows are old, poorly installed, flashed, etc and overtime they have leaked and rotted out the framing. In this process I am knocking out the rotten wood and framing in the openings. The plan is to have all new vinyl windows installed, which makes a huge difference in the comfort of a house and its appearance. It's been a while since I posted a video, I've been working on the house and doing other projects, working at another property and trying to have a nice time without always having the camera rolling. It was a nice "break" but hopefully I can get back to the videos now. This video was also a little off beat, skipping around what I was doing and also did not work on the farm table mini series...all that will resume in the next video. Glad to be back, thank you all for hanging in there and your emails checking in.

Hey how abt a video on how your rental and rehabs have done over the years? Such as a timeline of when you started, how many rentals, how each deal has done. I’ve followed you for a few years and really like what you are doing. I do a version of your buy, rehab and rent myself. Great content !

Just ran across your videos a few days ago on this home and I have watch everyone of them including this one today. I wish I seen them sooner. Can’t wait to see the end result of this home. I do have some questions later being an homeowner myself. I am aware you have a book as well which I am going to get, can’t do the work myself cause I am disabled. First time home buyer myself but I felt I purchased a piece of gold myself for a little over $30,000 with 8.8 acres with a pond in the back and still has 🌲 on about 4 acres. Which I am going to sell to help with part on my rehab. I have alot of pine, oak, pecan, walnut and also a great deal of bamboo as well once sold can help with the renovation. But want my home gutted and done right but I have had different people beat me out of money since I moved and purchased the home. It’s so hard to find honest people that will get the job done right. If I could do the work myself I would but I just pray to god I can find an honest person like you to gut and renovate my home.
