So ive learned with the short ram it still gets a good bit of cold air. Probably about as much as a cold air. Because you keep the stock box thats located where the cold air goes so it still pulls air from there and directs it the SRI. So itll still get cold air. Now not as much as a cold air. But the air still wont be as hot as you think. Itll only pull hot air when idling

Beautiful setup. I have a 09 fa5, skunk2 cai, afe twisted steel header w/hfc to a invidia n1 and boomba motor mounts. Almost finished tunning it wit Dan from etunez. Have skunk2 stage 2 tuner cams springs, retainers, seats and keepers, getting them put in next month

I have...but I have seen so many fd2 conversions its really crazy.. I rarely see any 8thgen with the 06-11 front end still..

If i get these mods and wait a couple months for the tune will the car run bad, or will I be alright?

I have full bolt ons as well skunk 2 header 3inch exhaust and skunk 2 3.5 inch intake I'm on flashpro and tuned made 225hp and 150tq. My question is should I get the tb spacer like u have and should I get the j35 tb or the j37 tb?

If you have a 3" exhaust..... You will have to get it rewelded away from the bag on the passenger side..

jimson aranda they make a sponge type device that absorbs water before it reaches the filter

you forgot to mention that their are multiple intakes and header and exhaust .... the top intakes for this chassis is Skunk2, Hybrid racing , and Ktuned then you have the header skunk2 mega/alpha then you have Invidia then lastly a custom header like ASP now for exhaust. its all about preference. you said GP but they arent in business no longer... so that leaves with Skunk2,Xlr8,FR/Thermal. i would have gone a little more in to detail.

Hey Joseph! In the video I explained there is different kinds of intakes like the short ram intake and cai and for the header I explained about the different header like 4-1 header and 4-2-1 header which skunk2 megapower/alpha has been proven to make the most HP gains for a header and I explained the best exhaust to go with is a 3" exhaust.. I explained in my imo the XLR8 exhaust is my second favorite exhaust to go with.. I explained all the mods that I have and yes I explained that Go Power is no longer in business.. You definitely named a lot of the top intake, header and exhaust in your comment! I didn't want to make the video too long as well.

I drive a kfrank rsx-s. PLM 4-2-1 header (which leaks and sucks ass), rbc plenum, k24a bottom end, stock z1 cams, 2.5 catless mandrel bent all the way back except for resonator and straight through muffler, motor mount inserts. I put down 224hp and 184tq 8000rpm redline. I'm happy with the power but my header sucks lol. I'm always curious how much more I'd put down with a full 3" exhaust. That's what my tuner wanted me to get, but I wanted my ride a little more quiet, not even sure if it matters lol. Oh well. But yeah I need a new header fosho

The car is on air suspension and by a controller in the car and you can control it through through your phone.

JDMisLife small turbo means more torque low in the rpm band. And low torque or not it’ll still hang dead even with a FBO mk6 GTI which is boosted and makes well north of 300 wtq....

I’ll embarrass that Chevy cruise where you at lol sounds like you’re new to car stuff, I’ll be happy to show you what the k20z3 does. It’s pretty insane that a stock 8th gen with some light mods can keep up with some stage 1 gli. I’d be pissed if my car was boosted and here comes a civic blowing my doors clean off.... and all it has is a 10 pound fly wheel and some bolt ons lmao

The spoiler I got from the Honda Dealership OEM Mugen Si Spoiler! Just have to show them a mugen si vin # cost $1,200 and the hood! I got the carbon fiber RR hood from industries finest.

You didn't do a lot of research. You basically went the typical route. I talk about bolt ons and get down to the physics of making the most out of bolt ons. My DC5 isn't dyno tune yet and look what I did to an rsx with 5 less whp than you

I did do a lot of research. There is so many routes you can go with aftermarket intake and header combo to get the most with a k20z3 for full bolt ons. You car is on fbo with kpro as the other person he just changed the tune on the dyno. There could be multiple reason you beat him... Better launch, better tires, short shifter etc You can't just go around saying you didn't do a lot of research because I didn't go custom bolt ons.. I just went the typical route lol Keep up the videos!

@@EvilStreetShark he got the better launch since he was on drag radials and he was dyno tuned. I pulled him back off more power. Since our cars were basically the same setup. I just use custom and he used on the shelf.

The word your looking for is scavenging, which is what you want to improve on, the larger exhaust is going to degrade this and isn’t going to improve scavenging therefore performance suffers. Optimum exhaust size is somewhere from 2.25-2.5 inch exhaust for all motor depending on other mods and engine build.

Bro get rid of the air ride that is hurting your car . I have 288hp on my fa5 and I destroy most cars but you trying to talk about power and performance to people when you add weight to your car and hurting your performance to where with your mods you are slower than stock and I am positive your car rides like shut.
