I’m in the UK and Eureka released these separately. But would have loved this set from 88films. Both 88 and Eureka are crushing it getting Hong Kong Cinema titles out there. So glad to see you doing an unboxing of it so thank for that, man.

Great video and run through of everything. I'm not going to lie, some of that artwork is orgasmic lol

My friend gave me his ultra force 1-3 and I ended up ordering the eureka version of 4. I thought I would be okay with what I got, but after watching your comparison video and this one I’m sold!

This set was a great experience and is such a good looking release! Ranking these films I have to go IV, Yes Madam, Royal Warriors then III

Let's hope they release a boxset for 5-7.

Love how you go into EVERYTHING about releases like this. People may be a bit thin on describing things like the entire artwork inside and out the cases and the readability of the booklets. You understand that the release is a full package. Great job, man. Now I just gotta sit patiently waiting for my import.

I appreciate you fam. I’m a little bummed out by the name error in the video. I confused Michael Woods and Michael Worth. For some reason I thought woods was on commentary but said the correct name and didn’t catch it till later 🤦🏻‍♂️

Huge error on my end was too excited about getting this early. Is Michale Woods, not Worth. lol. Woods is not on commentary.

Great review dude. I’m UK but thinking of importing, rather than get the individual Eurekas. Hope you bless the channel with a comparison vid

They look the same. The Eureka one and the 88 release. Just like the menus and the presentation on the 88 release. Subtitles might be the only difference. They both still kill it on that department.

The in the line of duty series are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and STUNNINGLY AMAZING Way much better than the so called stand up comedians and invincible clowns of Hollywood Who uses ridiculous punch lines with infinite ammo and Auto-aim when they fire a weapon

Michael Worth fighting Donnie Yen? I don't recall him fighting Donnie in anything but it would'ev been great Michael Worth is a great Martial Artist but it was Michael Woods the big black guy who fought Donnie in Tiger Cage, In the Line of Duty IV and Tiger Cage 2. Also Crystal Hunt as well. Michael Woods out of Donnie Yen's friends he brought from Boston who trained with his Mother. Michael isn't into interviews these days despite he gave an interview for the 88 flims Tiger Cage trilogy booklet and In the Line of Duty box set too but that's as far as it will go. Although it would be great if he did work on some audio commentaries what was it like working with Donnie and the rest of the cast of the flims he's worked on before he retired from acting. Michael Worth had some good flims like Fist of Iron, Street Crimes and Killing Cupid.

Looking at the features again they are both solid and is going to come down to preference. You are getting a ton of information with both. I just like 88s more the way it’s put together.

How is the picture quality and sound quality on all for disc? I will be getting two copies of the ITLOD box set. I would love to see you do a review of this box set fam.

Same as the other HD releases. German ones are open matted. Besides 3. So you are good. Audio is amazing. I didn’t do a deep dive because no difference in picture quality and audio.

Dissapointed that posters are not glossy and "original" covers have very modern imagery (digital paintings) on back covers ... Havent watched them yet but presentation has no blown me away.

Glossy posters are not ideal for a lot of room conditions. Matted it the way too go due to not having reflections. The back cover with the original poster is heavily dominated with production stills and information. The digital painting on top is no different than airbrush drawings back in the day. I guess you preferred a production still. It doesn’t bother me. I’m very pleased with the graphic design.

@@TimesSqKungFU Of course a digital painting is different to an airbrushed painting back in the day. Completely different technology and therefor aesthetic. Its just not authentic to the era to use a digital images like that. As for the posters, well they arent like real posters, are they? Movie posters are glossy. Thus these dont look as saturated.
