You people need to hop of DT’s nuts. I watched all three matches. Match 1, DT got a questionable win after being awarded for what appeared like a throw attempt by J’Den. Match 2, people were complaining the the refs need to let the wrestlers wrestle and not worry about wiping them down and stopping the match so much. Match 3, they don’t wipe it down as much and people complain that it’s rigged, despite J’Den taking multiple shot attempts while injured, getting a cradle push out, an actual injury where it’s clear hyperextension ON video and people crying saying he faked it, and bad shot attempts by DT. This was far from rigged. You people are some nut hugging fanboys. Wtf!!

@@daw162 Cox didn't do either of those. He started when the referee said to start, and he never avoided contact long enough to be considered "fleeing the hold" under freestyle refereeing criteria. You can argue that Cox should have been put on a shot clock. In a close match like this perhaps that would have changed the outcome of the match. But on the other hand, Cox scored more in the second period than Taylor did, and also threatened more attacks, so it's not really a clear cut situation either.

Tore my mcl got ripped right out my knee and had two shoulders dislocated wrestling, I know many with broken necks, collar bones, arms, and noses. That’s not including the sprains and jammed fingers and all of the other pain involved in just the training, you don’t wrestle without knowing you can be hurt at any time. I got a concussion my senior year that shattered my hand eye coordination. I was wrestling against a Bergan catholic stud from jersey and he illegally threw me on my head when I was winning 9-7 and chose bottom in the third. He beat me 20-10 after that because while I took my injury time I continued to wrestle because no wrestler quits. I was taken down 5 times and was nearly pinned. I was wrestling from pure muscle memory of 7 years of training . I didn’t get pinned and I medically defaulted to 6th. Cox inspires me with this match and it showcases the heart and will found in wrestlers everywhere

amazing match tension were definitely at all time high. Im huge fan of DT and J Den cox. they both used off and on match intelligence to accomplish their goal as they should. Esp for the Spot they are wrestling for. DT purposely spike his knee/shin just as the whistle blow which all is fair in wrestling war and it was jden responsibility to continue wrestling passed the whistle. It was well timed and could potentially greatly increased his chance of winning. he even smartly attacked the weak leg. DT does not owe cox sympathy this is for world titles. Jden being genius used his DT tatic against him and and played into the injury in as much i do believe he was genuinely hurt at some level. he milked the clock and milked the stalling and avoiding of DT. Which is incredible smart to use the tactic and turn it into an opportunity to win yourself. DT began to give up and i wished he went balls to the wall with attacks. In the end JDen immaculate defense and allusiveness took the cake. He deserve the win. Excellent performance by both. I love where they both are now

For some reason, it felt like Taylor held back some after the injury like he didn't want to win that way. No offense to JC either as he didn't give up having heart. Maybe it was just me but I really feel like Taylor just didn't go for the kill.

  • @ShabazzTBL

Reggie Glubber bullshit. Who doesn’t defend a single with their leg in front of them? You can see Taylor just driving his shoulder down into his knee. That motion doesn’t help bring him down. I think he got frustrated and tried to hurt him. Especially since he showed no remorse afterward and instead starts arguing for two, if you hurt some on accident your first reaction is to pause and see if their alright.

Tim Lamb I don’t know what you’re trying to say but Taylor very obviously not trying to finish that takedown. How does doing that help him secure the other leg. He literally lifted up the lower leg then drove his shoulder down into the knee. His goal was to hurt him because he was frustrated.

I can't say this ref has favoritism for certain, but I remember him clearly as an outspoken fan for Jordan Oliver / OK st. at a PSU match. On a questionable call a PSU fan yelled for Jordan to sit down when he went to talk to the refs. With that, this ref yelled back "My bet is Jordan could kick your ass!" ... Got real awkward. Like you say the match seems a bit tainted against DT
