So glad that I only had to tell my parents ONCE to NEVER call out to me when I am on the mat. First of all, it's a match, not practice. Second of all, it is a distraction, which is an advantage to the opponent. It also lets the opponent know what to expect. Why can't people just BE QUIET ?

White has an edge in strength and quickness. He cannot be contained for more than a quick second even when he is on the bottom. If he gets a firm grip, he earns points and you get slammed.
