I feel like a lot of people blame mJ specifically for things are more related to rapid wt loss vs an actual side effect or cause from the medication.

I appreciate your videos because you don’t hold the pen in your hand like some kind of salesperson/pusher. Everyone should take note as they watch different people giving information. The difference between those who use professional sales type tactics in their videos. As opposed to someone like this woman who is just giving her own information about her experience.

🐶 thanks for sharing with us! Yes it’s so true everyone’s bodies and how they work are so different. I can’t wait to get skin removal it’s gonna be so awesome. Somewhere around the time I get to the 200-180 mark we are gonna try a round of IVF so if that’s successful then my skin removal will be at least a year after a baby hopefully!

I hear ya. I’m 58. Had two surgeries in 2023. Plan on two more in 2024. Currently on maintenance for 71 pound weight loss. ❤

You’ve done amazing and I so appreciate you sharing! I will say I started out just walking and as soon as I stepped it up to a jog that area above my butt lower back hip area changed drastically. Like the first place to lose weight. Just thought I’d share that.🐾

My doctor told me age plays a factor in lose skin. The older we get the less elasticity we have. All that walking definitely helped tone your thighs. My legs are solid from all the walking I do. My problem now are my arms. I wear “waist trainers” for my arms to get them to bounce back. The brand I use is sweet sweat in size large. 🐩🐾

If you get a breast reduction or breast lift when they lipo the sides you can lipo the back.

I have lose skin and turkey neck from slow weight loss before Mounjaro. I am 65 and started losing in 2020. I lost 80 lbs before I went on Mounjaro. Age and large amounts of weight loss no matter how you lost it can cause it. Mounjaro is getting blamed for things I experienced with different diets and no meds.

🐕Newbie here. How long do I leave my med out of the refrigerator before I inject? First injection hurt on the back of the arm for about 10-15 minutes and I heard that it helps to warm it up some before injecting. Any help is appreciated!!! Thank you for another great video.🐶

Some of some of us cannot afford a tummy tuck order loose skin removal I have I call them chicken wings the baggie part of my arm still trying to lose that last part of my lower stomach boat since 20th of July the last year I have lost 61 lb I'd rather have the loose skin than the fat

🐶 Just picked up my first prescription. The pharmacist recommended I come to KZread to see how to use the monjauro pen. I am also wanting to see others who can give good sound advice to help me on this journey. I have a.ways had a needle phobia. 😱🫣😬 so there is that. I am at the point of despair with this weight. I need to have a lumbar laminectomy but want to loose some of this weight and build my core muscle before surgery. After that is a knee replacement (bone on bone) The back first. Your tt looks good. I'm guessing it's because most of the fat that you carried in that area was removed during that surgery. 🐕

Lift some light weights. You dont need breast surgery
