I work in a hospital and we have patients in their 50's she could dance circles around. Just goes to show how important it is to take care of yourself.

You said it! You reap what you sow into your body! And, if you take best honest care of your health, and shoot happens, if lived a clean and healthy enough life, then what happens would not be as bad and then, not your happen. But you cannot expect to reap optimal health eating too much of junk diet, not enough proper exercises ( even if you have true limitations, find something that you can do with limitations and do it enough and properly, but don't treat the limitations worse than it actually is ), smoke, too much alcohol, drugs, including pot, then no, you are not likely to reap health later on. It only takes too much of one bad habit for you to pay for it later.....

This is the era of her parents if she's 92. Probably what she saw as a child. She's AMAZING and INSPIRING!!!!

WOW!!! That´s one hot babe. She´s got more class than younger girls. May she live longer and prosper.

That's what I was thinking. She was probably what they used to call a "Show Girl." However, she's a bit too young. Perhaps just a great dancer with a great body, however I see some professional dancer smoothness and very polished.

I'm 25 and extremely envious of this woman's physique, talent and class! *_True beautiful never fades!_* 💜 She doesn't look a MINUTE over 60!! 💃 I wish she could be my dance teacher, she seems so sweet and passionate about everything 😊 God bless this stunning lady!! *_Never stop dancing!!!_* 💕

Me and my twin also did the Charlston at dancing school we went to from age 3-14 .When we did a recital for audiences,the Charleston and everyone". all decked out" in our roaring 20s garb, and a 50s rock around the clock dance were the 2 most thrilling and a blast to do .To this day , ( we just turned 56 days ago) we both LOVE this song remember the words and steps abd of crse , do it ALTHO I think i had a couple if the steps wrong when my twin & I did it (& ALOTTA other dances😄😄😄) at our Aunts 🏠 on our bday a cpl bit especially ago☺! _ she's only 60) Sorry bout the long winded spiel..i loved ur comment and picturing you 👀watching 👀your Mom😊do. 🎵🎼🎶 the Charleston when you we're a LIL 👧 👧 We had a fun loving Mom also & I'm betting yours was 👍😁! PS. Yes, she can...if she has been a dancer for most of her life. People, for the most part, don't associate dance with exercise, but it's the best form of exercise available. I'm 71 and have the same legs I had at 40...and younger!

My mom at 84 had better muscle tone in her legs than i had at 40. Its called 'workinh in a factory for 25 years and coming home and cutting half an acre of grass woth a push power mower when it was needed throughout that period.' And before you ask why i didn't do it, she wouldn't let me when i was there, and lived in another state when i wasn't. Finally at 68, she hired someone to do it. But she never failed to do her leg exercises every day .

I knew a lady here in Philadelphia who danced well into her nineties, dancing was what kept her young! She was an inspiration to many, this Beautiful Lady has that same gusto!!!!! BRAVO! Philadelphia, Pa.

Go “Girl” the Charleston was the best . I was into the “Lindy” in high school and loved dancing. The music made some “ sense”. I would not have survived ; we had fun and It was 👌. It was a different day; graduated High School in ‘58, began college in the Fall. .....later.

Yes, Buddy Slade! I hear you! Loud and clear! I am 72 and I am tired a whole lot! What with congestive heart failure and some high blood pressure, bad knees and bad legs and a bad lower back! And the medication and supplements I take!!! Yes, I think the point is to dance, but this was more an advertisement for this E3 supplement! Which they’re trying to sell! And it may really work, I don’t know?! Nice dancing there, 82-year-old gal!!!! I used to be in a dance Group up in Alaska, called the Borealis Dancers!!! And I did that about 30 years ago I guess… And we did the Charleston, the Can Can, Russian folk dances, etc., etc.! This was lots of fun for me to watch you dance!

This was so good that I had to watch it a second time....and get up and dance with her!
